They have the BEST Bahn Mi sandwiches. Chicken is as good as the beef. Even though the bread is toast it is still soft and the vegetables are fresh. You will have to wait a few minutes to get your sandwich but it is worth the wait! Maybe calling to place your order will be a good idea.

I ordered a drink. It came out wrong. I corrected the problem. The next drink also came out wrong so I gave up. the kid behind the counter, offered to make the drink again but at that point I just wanted to leave. No refund was offered and I didn’t ask for one.

NOT KID FRIENDLY my family and I walked in and right back out before ordering .. apparently it's the hang out spot for kids and they are not nice . Slang and bad words left and right . I had to tell my children that we needed to leave and could not get anything because of the atmosphere and foul language.

Normally amazing but a recent order Normally i love your lavender milk tea but I was sad did changed tea brands for the lavender tea? It didn't taste like it Normally does.
The service here is always great! They're always really friendly and helpful in making decisions. You can't really go wrong with any of the teas here. I will say that the banh mi's and loaded fries are pretty great here. They have different options of proteins for the banh mi which is even better!

My mom and I stopped by on a weekend trip to the Humble area and I ordered the rose and lavender smoothie with tapioca, my mom got the Witches Elixir, and we shared the carne asada fries and fried shrimp. Everything was wonderful, from the service to the food and I LOVED my drink. Will definitely be back!

Honestly, I am deeply frightened to leave this review after what i experienced. An employee of, I think, the name Charles was very rude. I simply asked what his recommendation for a drink was and his response was to yell and I quote, “You don’t need to be getting anything but water woman!” I was shocked. How does someone treat a customer like this? I ordered a milk tea with boba (still very scared of him) and it was not bad. While i was on my out I hear the same employee start talking to someone about me and called me profane names and made absurd claims. I think this Charles needs a talking to.

One thing I love is family own business with genuine friendly staff. It's just a while different feel. I came inside searching for ice cream, and I learned they had so much more. I see why they call it sweet escape. I ended up ordering the banana pudding flavor, something I've never tried. It was delicious! They had so many other unique flavors you wouldn't find in a normal ice cream shop. Next time I come, I want to try their teas!
