My husband came here on the way home from getting some groceries and he ordered himself a combo and me a power bowl and a large Pepsi. They tried to rip him off with my Pepsi by telling him no, that he only gets one. My husband said well I paid for a extra one so here is the receipt and the lady beside him asked her why she gave my husband a receipt. So when you go make sure they give you a receipt because they are trying to willfully screw you over. My husband was lucky they accidentally gave him his receipt otherwise I would of been forced to pay for something that they wouldn't give him. You have a legal right to know what your being charged for so if they don't or refuse to give you a receipt make a phone call. What a crooked establishment. I won't be back to this location and I strongly suggest no one comes to this one unless you want to be ripped off. I may scratch taco bell off completely because I don't like dishonesty. I mean, if they are like that at the window then are they following health laws in the kitchen?. It's not that far fetched.

I will not recommend going to Taco Bell on Will Clayton Rd at n Humble Texas because the service was rude to me and they refused to get ve me my large soda and once I showed them the receipt the manager told the worker how come you gave him his receipt and the manager was very rude to

Not once have I come here without being told they don’t have mild taco sauce. So for two years now, I’m told every single time they don’t have any.. and I can’t have hot or fire due to medical conditions. I waited months before going back due to this but still was told they don’t have any. Staff is nice, the guy handing me my food was very kind which is refreshing. But a place like Taco Bell should always have taco sauce.. it’s not enjoyable to eat without it and this is the only Taco Bell I have this issue with. I usually drive an extra 20-30 minutes to another one just so I can get the mild sauce..I also asked for hot sauce since they said they didn’t have mild and they didn’t put any in the bag. Didn’t know until I got home.

I’ve visited this location a few times and it’s always been subpar rather it was the rude and unprofessional customer service or them messing up or missing something on the order completely but last night was the final straw… I’m about 2/3 of the way from finishing my chicken flatbread and I see a piece of hair in my food. At first I assume it’s mine and pull at it until I see it keeps pulling and it’s long and brown and obviously Hispanic or Caucasian hair. I’m African American so my hair is shortish and black so I’m immediately disgusted and start vomiting. I didn’t even bother to eat my other items because honestly I just don’t trust the cleanliness of that kitchen anymore and based on some of the other reviews I’ve seen the rest of you shouldn’t either. I called the restaurant twice and no one answered the phone. I’m not expecting a refund or want free food but the issue needs to be addressed and resolved because that’s unacceptable. Keeping hair out of people’s food is literally one of the easiest fixes. Wear a hairnet!
