I literally came here craving Taco Bell and ready to order. It said it was open and it was 10 pm. The door was closed although everyone at the register was looking at me like I was dumb. No one in the drive through. Useless service.

I rated this place a 3 because the cashier messed up my order. Then when I received my food, one of the burritos was only rice and cheese and the tortillas on my soft tacos were cold as if they had been prepared in advance and set to the side.

Employee seems mad ? all the time not friendly in drive through. Just pass u your bag of food close window. Must the time the don’t have what’s on menu.

This was one of the better tacobells I've been to in Atascocita area. Staff was friendly. Store was clean. Food was prepared quickly.

Very clean store my food is hot as it should be. The managers are great but the crew members only acknowledge Hispanics and will greet them. When I walked in the cashier didn’t say anything just looked at me Hispanic couple walk in he spoke and smiled.Also he wasn’t paying attention to my order didn’t try to upswell me anything it like he rushed me through. I get it being young but I don’t want to experience this type of thing again. Teach your crew to speak to all and make everyone feel welcome our money spends the same way regardless if I am the color pink cash is cash! But that store is the cleanest Taco Bell in Humble Houston y’all need to get it together lol seriously you do

I really like Taco Bell but really getting tired of the small portion of meat on everything. If any employee is reading this, add more meat. Taco Bell will fire you in a heart beat. Stop trying to save them money. Can you imagine getting a burger with the same ratio of meat as Taco Bell tacos? Here's my break-up per taco, burrito, chalupa etc... you get about $0.05 of veggies, $0.10 of a shell and maybe $0.10 of meat. Maybe another $0.25 in wrapper, cup and paper bag. Not really worth it for the average $10.00 meal. Step up your game Taco Bell, everyone's struggling.
