Ah, Taco Bell, where the tacos are as soggy as a rainy day in Seattle and the Crunchwrap Supremes are as hollow as my last relationship. It's truly a culinary adventure, akin to expecting a gourmet meal and instead finding your food has taken a dive in a pool. The highlight of the meal? The Pepsi. It had a certain je ne sais quoi, probably because it was the only thing not prepared in the kitchen. 5 stars for the Pepsi, a generous 1 star for the culinary despair.

I came to say how rude and unkind the workers at this place are, window boy is the worse, but I read the older reviews and notice they simply do not care about it, because they just dont improve it…so I'll just not ever come back to this Taco Bell, and you shouldn't go neither. I'll not even start review the food, it's not worth it.

This Taco Bell used to be one of the good ones, but our last visit was horrible. We order 2 Mexican pizzas and both were stale and had a nasty smell to it along with a bitter taste. The same happened with the crunch taco and nacho chips they were also stale, smelled bad and had a bitter taste.It is unacceptable to be selling stale/expired food items to your customers it is part of your job to be checking the quality of the food.The spicy potato soft taco is half empty with little to no sauce and 4 pieces of potatoAlso a helpful tip when there is a big order do not stuff everything into 1 bag divide it so items don’t get smushed down.

They always get my order right, always nice AND are not greedy with their sauces!! The Taco Bell off of Will Clayton is HORRIBLE. We always go out of our way to go to the Taco Bell off of 1960 than waste our time and money at the Will Clayton location.

Service has gone all the way down hill here bad tasting dirty smelling lettuce, no meat or cheese in the taco either but I could have made a salad with the gross lettuce I have left
The customer service here is absolutely TERRIBLE !!!And the quality of the food, 95 percent of the time, is equally terrible, a shown in the photos I've included.It would be nice if y'all would start hiring competent people!

Every employee here was rude. They all had attitudes, were very snarky and acted as if they did not want to be there. We were not allowed to add or remove anything from our order due to a nonexistent massive line. The guy at the window slammed the window after I let him know that my order was not correct. Taco bell should practice better customer service or find new employees!

Bad experience, what's the point of going to a place where they don't want to serve a customer? Normally I went there every night, and I always spent $15.00 or more, but now they have changed the staff and what they are now are more unpleasant and bitter most of the time, if you arrive they serve you but they are on their phone and do not offer you hospitality, If you ask for some fresh fried nachos they automatically say that they won't do it since they need to finish the ones they have already cooked (if you don't want to throw the product in the trash, then try to cook less fries each time you cook) apart from that if you want spicy sauce They tell you that you must line up again and wait when you have already asked for them before. I hope not to return to this location again and will not recommend this location again.Vegetarian options: Crunchy Taco with Black Beans
