Notice: this review is based off their other food truck AT PORKY’s.The customer service AND food is sub par. The girl at the counter has an attitude problem. I ordered a large quesadilla (to share with my kids) because we wanted to try a little of everything. I waited, the beeper beeped and it was ready. Picked it up, sat down, and the quesadilla was parted into 2. One half was fajita meat and cheese (bland by the way) but nonetheless, LIKE A REAL QUESADILLA IS SUPPOSE TO BE MADE, and the other half was little to no fajita meat, cheese, and a ton of AVOCADO and pico de gallo inside… so I took it back. I ate the half with the meat and cheese and unfortunately my kids had the other half with meat, cheese, pico, and avocado (they don’t eat pico or avocado whatsoever). When I told her my issue, I told her their advertised “quesadilla” does NOT state it has pico and guac or avocado in it.. and her first question, with a look of DISGUST was, “where’s the rest of it?” So I reiterated that it was ate because it had what a normal quesadilla had and NOWHERE on the truck does it say a quesadilla is half just meat and chz, and the other half is meat and cheese, guac and pico… and she replied with “well I WOULD HAVE remade it, had you not ate half of it.” ……. LITERALLY, it sounded like I was talking to a brick wall. I simply said “okay thank you, don’t worry about it, we’ll just toss it but we won’t be back and I’ll make sure to write my review.” I threw it away.. then she stood there with her jaw wide open as if I’d said something unbelievable?? I told her what I was gonna do, and I stand on business so not only did I toss the food as I’d said, I also wrote my review. And top it all off, she stared me down the entire time I was inside porky’s.In my opinion, that place is trash - bland food and the customer service is even worse. Stay away from Don Juanito’s. Want good taco truck food? Head over to the little food truck off Old Humble Rd and Bender next to the new Texaco gas station. I believe it’s called “tacos el pastor el trompo #2.” They have another location off west lake Houston too. Fast, friendly service, and the food is tasty!

This is what you get in your tacos extra hard and crispy fat! Nothing appetizing about this. There’s nothing worse than biting into a taco and having to pull Chunks of fat out of your mouth , chomping down on the hardest fat you’ve ever eaten, most disgusting appetizing experience I’ve ever had. This place does not know Mexican food. If it hit them upside the head I can make better Mexican food on my worst day Sick with food poisoning and the first strand of Covid,

Only occasionally stop here. Right now, the truck is parked uncomfortably closer to having you stand in oncoming traffic and in a bad, muddy place. Need to get your spot back at the gas station up the street!
One of my favorite spots for good Mexican food. The drinks are great and the crowd is nice.

I loved this place. I love their tacos. I ate here for years. I didnt eat here often, but when I had a niche craving for real tacos, Don Juanito always delivered.I took it for granted. Didnt leave a review. Now other food trucks moved in, and Don Juanito moved out. Gone. I dont know where. I had a craving today, and they werent there.I tried the other taco truck. Now im depressed. Don Juanito, wherever you are, I am sorry. Please come back
