I asked for 2 pound spicy crawfish … I had nothing but juice and was not spicy at all .. I usually go to the one at porkys food truck which is spicy and give me my moneys worth but the one on the road was nasty …. Went back expecting a refund they said they’ll remake it with my sides… my 2nd bag still was disgusting and my sides weren’t even in the 2nd bag so I will not be going here nomore

The outside seating area was packed but it was cool. We tried the boiled seafood and it was very very salty. The poboy was covered in sauce and wimpy lettuce, no pickles or tomatoes. The sausage poboy was the same. We enjoyed the cajun fries and snowcones. I asked for condensed milk on my snowcone but I believe they use cream or something ?. The combo egg rolls were trash, overcooked and lacked flavor. We'll be back for the snowcones definitely not the food.

I ordered 2 pounds of crawfish a few days ago after seeing a video about the restaurant online. The crawfish tasted like the mud water they come out of and the taste was so off-putting so when the owner came around and asked us how everything was we told her. She told us she’d get us some new ones and they had a fresh batch they were waiting on, took my bag, and came back around 5 mins later. She stayed to watch me taste one and we thought we were getting great customer service only to realize the crawfish was cold now because we in fact did not get a new batch, she just took my bag to the back and let it sit there and brought me the same bag out later. I don’t send food back usually once, let alone twice, so I lied and said they were fine but we all were put off by the way she played in our faces with a bag of crawfish that was now colder than when we sent it back, pretending she had them get us a “new batch”. The snow cones were good though. But boilhouse in the heights and okey redz bbq has crawfish you won’t have to take home and doctor up for them to be edible.

Food its okay. Service could be better. Keep in mind you will have to wait for nearly an hour literally for your order. Very disorganized. I went today and waited for 55 minutes in the drive thru got home and my poboys didn't had the chips. I don't think ? I will be back unless they improve their system.

We visited this place Sunday and the girl taking our our was super friendly and efficient. The place isn’t welcoming… we thought it was closed but don’t let that deter you from going or you will miss out of the best boudin balls ever! Food was hot and fresh and we will be going back and can’t wait to try the crawfish when the season starts again!

There really wasn't an "atmosphere" to speak of, but the snowcones with the condensed milk was so worth every dollar! We got the blue ? coconut snowcone and the green apple. Needless to say, pls order a warm glass of water to counteract the brain freeze. You will need it!

I hope the owner reads this. I have been coming to your location for years. You had high quality service and you took pride in your business. Now lastly the quality and service has gone down. You have a lot employees walking around doing nothing while your customers are waiting for 20 to 30 min for 2 medium snow balls. One time I had to get off my car and go get my snow ball because your employees were just walking by it and it was melting. And I don't want to start talking about how the snow ball lacking more flavor and the ice is not the same. It's a snow ball not a chunk ball of ice. Please take a look at your staff and make them provide the same quality that you did when you were out there doing when you first open your business. Thank you
