Absolutely delicious! They came by our apartment complex and thank god they did. The most juicy brisket I’ve ever had and the jerk chicken was out of this world! Service was fast and served with friendly smiles. Will be stopping by again the next time they come back.

The pork steak had a great rub and smoke flavor. The staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was perfect for a BBQ restaurant. It is really close to the Columbia, MO airport. It was a great meal to have before getting on a flight.

They were at an event today at Benders Landing. I got some of their pork ribs, sausage, and hand made boudin... The good Lord has given these folks a gift. The ribs were fall off the bone and had a flavor that only someone who loves what they do can bring to life. If you ever get a chance to have some of their BBQ, do not pass that opportunity up. 10 stars.

Ribs, Jerk chicken, Brisket and Sausage were spot on! Now when it came to the Mac and cheese, alfredo pasta and green beans they were lacking flavor. But if they added a little something extra it would be amazing. Overall 8.5
Small sides. , so so bar b que I expected better. Not sure how they won the trophy in the window

Trail Boss was at our apartment complex and just smelling it made us crave some! We are so happy we decided to try it out because WOW… my husband and I had THE BEST brisket and chopped beef hands down! The smothered potatoes, green beans and Mac & cheese we got as sides were also amazing. The owners were super friendly too and greeted us with a warm welcoming smile. The food truck came to the school I teach at today. I had the 2 meat plate with ribs and brisket. It was amazing. The mac and cheese had my eyes rolling in the back of my head every time I took a bite. It tasted smokey, like it had been in the pit, too. So good. I wanted to go back out and thank the two gentlemen (great, friendly service, by the way) but it was already time to pick up my kids from lunch. 5 stars all day for this food. I am definitely hitting them up soon, and so should you!

Today Trail Boss BBQ catered my family's outdoor wedding event. The food was delicious, the workers worked tirelessly to keep smiles on all the guest faces. The owner's proffesionism and personalized service deserved an A+ rating. The highlight of the food selection today was the fried boudin balls, chicken salad and stuff chopped beef baked potato with all the toppings. The taste had everyone licking their fingers and lining up for seconds. I recommend this catering company for your next event, you won't be disappointed !

Oh lord... Its on... I can't believe the quality of this BBQ... Two full sized baked potatoes with j*** chicken, brisket and a pile of ribs... Also mac and cheese, and roasted corn. They even threw in an amazing brownie. Trail Boss Enterprises you guys rock! Best BBQ and value in town hands down...
