I would give zero stars if I could. I went in and made a bowl of frozen yogurt, got to the counter to add my toppings and there was a roach crawling all over the counter.

This store (77338 near Deerbrook Mall) is the cleanest location I’ve ever been to! Everything was so neat and tidy! David welcomed me into the store and was very friendly. This was my first time visiting this location but it won’t be my last!

The worker is very lazy, on. 07/03/23 she put out a “Out of Order” sign on the bathroom door at 9:05pm just because she mopped the floor and said nobody can use it after 9pm because it was “clean already”. She also put a sign saying the dining area closed at 9:30pm. When the store itself closes at 10pm. She was talking on the phone on what seemed like a very personal matter instead of attending the customers.

Me and my boyfriend go here almost weekly. We are always greeted when we walk in. Everything is clean and the staff are nice. We love it here and will continue to go weekly ?

Clean store nice staff. However yogurt over priced compared to other locations and of course you don’t know until being charged. And flavors are gross compared to n. Sam Houston location. Watermelon and strawberry banana to be direct. Both horrible.

It’s a wonderful place to bring family and friends. They have ice cream of your choice and the toppings of your choice. I want to say Thank you to Roxana she is very helpful. I would recommend for people to come in here

2 stars because I genuinely enjoy frozen yogurt. Went in today 10/26 the dude working at the counter with glasses and a ponytail was so unnecessarily rude. You say hi and they barely want to respond as if I've been a huge inconvenience in their life. I always make it a point to even give a dollar at places like this that ask for a tip when they've done nothing but ring you up. I don't get why when I've literally done everything myself but I still feel bad so I'll leave a dollar or two on a 6 dollar Yogurt. I decided not to this time as I felt such hostility, and the guy literally snatches the receipt and hands me over the copy so slowly.... I truly don't understand why the horrible attitude when I've done absolutely nothing to you. Must suck to be that way in life. Always pouting for no reason. I get it's just a yogurt shop so I shouldn't expect above and beyond service but at least don't look so miserable for ringing me up. His name was Roger according to the receipt

Yogurt was watered down and my son got cookies and cream . He said it tasted sour, I tried it and it tasted like spoiled milk. The lady let us get a different flavor and my son got strawberry and it tasted sour as well. You guys need to check expiration dates and make sure the ingredients are up to date

Pretty disappointed in this Tutti Frutti’s quality of frozen yogurt. I LOVE FROYO. But we had 2 cheesecakes, a cotton candy, coffee and a strawberry. $38 Strawberry was good the rest all tasted like sour milk. :/ The young lady working was extremely nice though, offered for us to get different ones, but at that point we didn’t wanna try any other flavors for the sour taste again.

My kids love this yogurt place the best. They have a good selection of yogurt and toppings, but the place is dirty. It needs a good cleaning (floor, walls, seats) and some maintenance.
