I have become a regular and they know my order!Parking: The parking lot has a lot of lights up and it's near a couple of hotels and they have a lot of lights too. It feels safe! Plenty of parking up front near the building.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the waffles! Kids are normally there anytime of the day (it is a 24 hour restaurant). I took my nephews once at 3am just for some waffles and eggs.

All Star Special / 1 golden brown waffle, 2 sausage patties, 2 medium eggs, 2 pieces of toast, grits - 5 ⭐!Black Coffee / 5 ⭐!I was in Texas in early April for a vacation and one of my bucket list food places was to finally visit a Waffle House. I have heard about them for so long, I knew I had to go and try it out. In fact, it was the first place I went after I landed in Houston and picked up my rental car.This location was easy to get to and there was a lot of parking (where I am from parking is a big deal). The restaurant was quite busy when I was there for a late, Saturday breakfast, and was smaller than I had been expecting. I liked how the kitchen area was right out in the open. They had a lot of staff on hand and everyone I talked to was friendly. The service was fast and the food came out quickly.I had the All Star Special breakfast platter. I found out later from a Waffle House expert friend, I should have ordered a special gravy-covered side dish but the grits I had were nice. The two eggs were cooked perfectly and were just how I ordered. The sausages were salty and tasty.The real star of the breakfast was the waffle. It was the size of a dinner plate and was extra tasty when combined with their whipped butter and syrup. It was a golden brown, crispy waffle with a soft, chewy center.The coffee was nice and strong. I was even offered a refill in a to-go cup without asking if that was possible. I had already had my fill but loved that they asked.Overall, my first (and currently only) visit to a Waffle House was just what I had hoped for. A great plate of breakfast food, great service and a friendly, fun diner. I would go to another one if the opportunity came up.Also, I found the prices were very reasonable!

I couldn’t believe that they Charge a 20% takeout fee if you don’t wanna dine in meaning I paid almost $20 for one meal because I wanted it to go that came with a waffle two eggs, a piece of sausage and hashbrowns not even a drink included!!!! I honestly think waffle House Inn Humble will be shut down very very soon. Also, my blueberry waffles weren’t even done in the middle. It still had liquid pouring out of it when I cut into it.

This place is pretty much what a Waffle House should be.Fair warning however to people wanting to go between 2pm to 4pm, this location is near Humble High School, which doesn't really have a good reputation, so be aware that it isn't a good time to dine there between the time frame due to after school dismissal.

I need to come back the waffles are really that good!
Order a sausage egg and cheese hash brown bowl, smothered and diced with a pecan waffle. The server brings me the bowl, without the onions and tomatoes. I told him they were missing, he tried to say the onions were cooked into it when they weren’t. I made him take it back, he returns and says they were out of tomatoes but he’ll have the cook added the onions. A few minutes brings me the bowl. I assumed they were preparing my waffle bc I saw them cooking several. I was wrong. I finished my bowl and the server returned and said he’ll have the check ready. I mention my waffle, he asks if I want to be charged for it or have it taken off. I tell him I want my waffle. I still don’t have my waffle and it’s been 10 minutes. They aren’t that busy, and I watched him mark my order on the ticket. Neither him or the cook seem to be interested in actually doing their jobs. Needless to say I will not be tipping them or returning here.
