I placed an order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 30 min. when I arrived I told them my name and they said we’re working on it and gave me my drinks I sit down and 45 min go by and I go to check on my order, they tell me they don’t have an order under that name even though they told me “we’re working on it” 45 min prior. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FOR DELIVERY!!! They will absolutely get the order wrong & then never answer the phone, forcing you to drive to the location anyway. HORRIBLE customer service. 2nd time they’ve gotten the order wrong & last time I will ever order Wingstop.

I didnt give the one star because, the reviews are true, They most likely will not answer the phone. I will say, I have almost always used their online ordering and thankfully have had luck with my orders. I recently moved closer to the beltway where another wingstop location is 10 minutes from me now but when I read the reviews for that location, I choose to stick to this location .
