THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST FOOD SERVICE PLACE IVE EVER VISITED. Would NOT suggest ordering or eating from here. If I could leave NO stars I would. Went in here Friday feb. 27 2024 at 930, for them to not have any drinks(still charging for them with the combo) as well as forgot our Cajun fries…paid 20$ for just a sandwich(which is 6$) and a 6 piece wing(which is 6$)…ON TOP of them charging us for items we didn’t receive WE WATCH A GIRL CLEAN THE RESTROOM WITH THE SAME GLOVES SHE WENT INTO THE KITCHEN WITH…ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE- playing loud vulgar music, socializing and on phones instead of helping customers… AND LET ME FINISH THIS OFF WITH——THE BATHROOMS WERE STILL F-ING DISGUSTING EVEN AFTER THIS GIRL “cleaned” THEM!! Corporate will be hearing from me, as well as a health inspector. SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN!

I’m going to start off by saying I’m not the one to complain…. But this location is off the charts of how terrible it is as a whole… Starting with customer service, food service and atmosphere… I’ve had problems in the pass and didn’t say anything… but enough is enough!!! No drinks, staff has attitude problems, staff cleaning the restroom and then turned around and went back in the kitchen with the same gloves on she cleaned the restroom with touch on the rack where food is supposed to go and still charged me full price for my meal and they had no drinks and still forgot to put all of my food in the bag, not to mention the loud ghetto music that was playing when I walked in… NEEDS NEW STAFF OR NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! The reviews should tell you a lot!! Corporate needs to do something or this location will be on the news if I have anything to do with it…

Called twice to place an order and no one answered the phone but, I wanted wing stop. I look at the reviews before driving up there and they are HORRIBLE! 1 stars left to right which matches the lack of answering the phone. I contemplated still giving them a try because I wanted wing stop but I decided to go to Louisiana Seafood that was near by. They had great reviews on the service and food and they were right! Fast friendly service and delicious hot food! Whoever owns wingstop needs to pay more attention to this humble location. The people are speaking and you are not listening. Looks like this location is really hurting the brand. Sad

I do not recommend coming to this store at all, and it is not because of the company because there are better wing stop branches, I am talking about this one in general 1 hour to have my food, place your order at another wing stop or go to Popeyes better, I saw how the employees just laughed and worked super slow

This location is racist to Hispanics and white folks. I placed my order online, when we were there waiting for our food a colored family came in and placed their order at the cashier. HOW did they get their large order before I got my online order that was placed AN HOUR EARLIER? There was a Hispanic family waiting when we showed up and yet the same colored family who placed their order at the register got THEIR food before any of us could. Which shows they prioritize peoples orders by their color.I placed an online order at 8:23pm to pick up at 9:15pm. I showed up at 9:10pm and asked about my order they said it wasn’t ready yet so my boyfriend and I sat to wait for it. Once 9:15pm came around we were hoping it would be ready but it wasn’t. 9:33pm came around and my order was still NOT ready. I see two cashiers, 6 people in the back, 3 which are cooking, two standing around and 1 handing out orders. What’s the point of all the staff if orders are being made ONE by ONE? Not two or three at a time! I would not recommend coming here after work when you’re starving. Everyone is in the back jamming and laughing with only three people cooking.THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS PLACE WAS THE SERVICE WITH THE LIGHT SKIN YOUNG MAN. He seemed to be the ONLY one trying, cleaning tables, answering the phone, taking orders, getting orders out.EDIT: we got our order at 9:40pm. Even then our chicken was not fresh and hot, it was WARM! Why make us wait over 30 minutes for some fries? I work at a fast food restaurant and we have our FRESH chicken ready in 15 minutes. How much of a time difference could it be for some sauced NUGGETS?

Avoid coming here at all cost , they all spend time just dancing and talking , one by one orders when there is SIX different employees with only TWO working , this is so wild how is this place still in business, and then apparently it seems they choose which orders to complete , I can’t believe I ordered here online way before showing up and nothing was ready , this is probably about the worst place to come to for service , I should’ve read the reviews before placing order online , I officially hate and will never come back to this horrible location !

I wish I could give 0 stars. This staff has to be one of the worst staff I have ordered from. You can’t get anyone in the phone and when you do, they tell u to hold for a sec and that second translates to 15-20 min.
