We have given up on this location. They are always very slow for delivery service, this past weekend it took 90 minutes from the time we ordered to delivery and we live about 1 mile from the place. And to top it off they got the order wrong!

Ordered delivery. Pizzas were way undercooked and inedible. I called the restaurant to tell them and the manager was extremely rude. He didn't believe me told me to bring the pizzas back. I said I got them delivered can a driver pick them up. He said no and hung up on me. I had to call the next day and speak to the GM. He was no help either. Said I had to bring the pizzas back for a refund. I said they were thrown out last night. I have to dig them out of the trash and bring them back? Why am I being punished for the terrible food I had delivered? He said that was the only way he would refund my money. He wouldn't give me his name over the phone. I dug what I could out of the trash and went up there. He tried to act like he didn't know why I was there and wanted me to explain again even though he had hung up in my face 5 minutes prior. He went through the pizza, actually touching and counting and since I couldn't dig out 2 complete pizzas out of my garbage cans he only refunded me for 1. I had explained to him over the phone that I am a healthcare provider working in a local emergency room and we order all the time from there. Was he really willing to lose that business by being rude and unhelpful to me? He had absolutely no problem losing the business.

I always order my pizza online from other locations and NEVER had a problem! Unfortunately today, this delivery driver in specific. Long white bearded with a long white pony tail. I was talking to him but I guess he didn't notice, I hear him talking. He was actually mocking me! I asked him if he had change, before he gave me an answer he handed me my food. So I said I will be right back. He was VERY LOUD, so loud I could hear him while my door was closed all the way to my kitchen, he kept repeating "do you have change? Do you have change?" In that mocking voice kids have. I was very shocked, I've never had that happen. If he doesn't like his job or is annoyed by the people who he has to deliver to, he shouldn't be working there. There is other places that will hire him. That to me is very very rude. I didn't even ask for my change, I found change, just gave it to him and closed my door. I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut if I have to deal with delivery guys like him. If I could give no starts I would.

underwhelmed; this location consistently delivers late and when I contacted them this last time, when the order took twice as long, they explained the website doesn't estimate time very well. They no longer offer bone-in wings anymore so they might as well change their logo from "Wing Street" to Crappy Chicken Nugget Street. Pizza Hut used to be a higher quality pizza a service but this location has caught me up, they are no longer.

Order was half hour late! Odered the Big Dipper and very excited but they didn't bring the sauce. Called back and said its the drivers fault and they will make them bring us the sauce( very unprofessional to talk about your employees) when we said we wanted a new one so it would be hot they told us it would be over 100 minutes. Never using them again! Dominoes is much quicker and definitely has a better attitude!
