I drove by there today they finally put that poor restaurant out of his misery I see they close it down and took the sign down it's about time

Wasn't impressed with the staffs communication skills or their card machine watched the lady wrap a bag around a new bank debit card to retry the payment after saying card was declined. Went to Brookshire Brothers and got the same stuff and what do you know not any problems with the card first attempt smooth as could be. If the chicken is anything like the service and equipment glad we didn't get the food there

Went to this location from out of town and its closed. They have no drive-thru menu so I'm assuming it's permanently closed

Terrible service. Ordered the new combo that was supposed to come with dipping sauce. No dipping sauce, no napkins, few fries, and the strips were all batter and hard as a rock.

Delicious! Their honey biscuits are wow! We got a family meal of tenders, okra, mashed potatoes and fries. So yummy!

It's Church's Chicken so the food is amazing! The staff here are seriously lacking in their attention to detail however. I had a Uber Eats order from here and the staff sealed my order up without one of the sides making up the $50+ family deal! Needless to say if they can over look a staple deal item being included into a customers bag and seal it up what else are they not doing we don't see at this location. The items that did arrive were great. Just real bummed they didn't send the complete order out.

The employees were nice, no real issues there. They were mannered and gave me exactly what I asked for. However the quality of food has gone completely down. The new chicken tenders are garbage, no exaggeration.

None of the employees were wearing masks despite being in the middle of a pandemic that is killing 400+ Texans daily.Attached picture is also what constitutes the size of a tender apparently since out of my 5 piece meal, 2 were tiny and might as well have been chicken nuggets. I'll be checking out Popeye's or Hartz from now on.Gave a star back just because the chicken itself isn't bad.
