I absolutely love this place. When I say the buns are toasted to perfection, they truly are. My favorite place to get a burger and the fries are absolutely delicious too. Please give this place a try if you haven't. You'll be thanking your taste buds!

That was a pretty good burger! I got the bacon cheeseburger with blue cheese and it was (almost) amazing! The flavors were really good. Meat tasted fresh. Bacon flavor was ...bacony. And the blue cheese was enough to give the burger a punch but not overwhelming. The only problem with the burger was that my bun was a little saturated. That might have been because I traveled, but it was only up the street to Sam Houston. Fortunately, I ate quickly. I'm all for local businesses. Fatboys is in a small food truck park just off the main street in downtown Huntsville. I love a burger but I went because the chain burger place closed and I needed to know what else there was. This one definitely hits!

Solid 4 stars! It would have been 5 stars if we wouldn't have had to wait 25 minutes for two burgers and one order of fries and that the patty was over cooked. This was the kind of burger that after every bite you had to wipe not only your hands but also your face. It was so juicy from the buttery grilled bun, fresh veggies, creamy mayo, and cheese...all the elements together gave it the juice that the patty was missing because of being over cooked. The fries were the frozen crinkle cut fries from Walmart but they fried them so crispy and sprinkled them with a great blend of salt and pepper that just made you want to dip it in ketchup and then lick your fingers afterwards. We'll definitely return and just keep in mind that there is a lengthy wait.

My favorite burger ever! If you like fat, juicy burgers with lots of seasoning and butter grilled buns - this is your place. I get the cheeseburger basket and my husband loves the chicken sandwich.

Wow. Sooo good! I got a cheeseburger basket and the fries were seasoned perfectly and were so good! The meat was great (and I'm not huge on burgers) but the bread!!!!! Soft but crispy, these people know how to cook a mean burger. Would've taken a picture of the first bite but I didn't put it down! Definitely worth a try!
