The food is good and always made the way you want it. I have been to this place many times. What I need to tell you is that I ordered 10 boxes, 2 of which were gluten free. Carol gave me a call to make sure she had my order right before she made it. She came in early to make my sandwiches. She carried them and my 3 gallons of drinks to my car. They were packaged well and everyone enjoyed them. With food and drink were utensils, cups, and plates. Fantastic! I appreciate their awesome service!

There is a lot of fire gear in the cafe for people to read and look at while waiting for their food. Our go-to place when we're in the area.Kid-friendliness: Lots of items that kids would be interested in throughout the cafe.Wheelchair accessibility: Tables are amply arranged to make getting around a breeze. The restrooms are wheelchair accessible as well.

I imagined being the only person there I’d get my food quickly, but a majority of the time I was waiting all the 3 workers were talking about potty training one of their kids and other personal matters I wish I never overheard rather than making food. Food is still amazing but the wait was ridiculous, 20 min for 2 sandwiches.

I was greeted when I walked in, and the girl who took my order seemed nice. I did not know I had to get my own chips or brownie that I had ordered. Neither was in the bag when I left. I paid for food that wasn't in my bag. The sub was ok. It was heated, again didn't know they would do that. So overall I was very disappointed with what I got vs what I paid. I don't think I will be back to a firehouse sub.

First I’d like to say I completely understand being short staffed. My patience level is very high for customer service establishments.Other than my husband receiving someone else’s food, my order not being made correctly, my daughter not receiving her treat or puppy hat, it was the scowl and distain look on the employees faces. They appeared to be annoyed with me when I asked for our food to be corrected, for silverware to eat my salad and mayo for my daughters sandwich.It was the rude tone when taking our order, it was the eye roll when I asked for silverware, it was the mopping everywhere around our table and then asking us to not walk where she mopped.This might of been a one off night… but overall it was a pretty uncomfortable experience spending money.

Love that they offer a gluten free sub roll that also is vegan since I cannot have dairy or eggs either!The service was excellent, this being my second visit I am still not very familiar with the menu and they were very patient and helpful. No one was in line behind me so that was good!The food is good too! The gluten free roll has a good texture and flavor (which isn't always true with gluten free foods). I felt that there was plenty of meat and vegetables on my sandwich and I had lots of options even with my food restrictions.So excited to be able to grab a sandwich when out running errands again!Oh and I love that they support firemen and first responders! I always round up when paying!Kid-friendliness: The kids love going here too! Good choices on the kids menu and they even gave them firemen hats! They were so excited about that! Huge hit!Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for gluten free and dairy free diets.
