“Wonderful birria tacos.I've finally tried this place for the first time. The birria tacos plate was delicious. 3 amazing tacos, filled with goodness and the two sauces to enjoy them with. Great stuff. For 12$, good price for a lunch. 10$ on Thursday! Whereas tuesday it's taco Tuesday.Moreover, the lady was very nice and polite.There's only outdoor seating, the place is a food truck. The location is lovely, under trees, in the backyard of Sypsy's. You can enjoy a coffee too. There's tables with electric plugs.“
“This is one of the best food trucks that I've eaten from, and I'd say, the best to come onto this campus. The gentleman running it and cooking is a wonderfully great guy to talk with, and is responsive to suggestions & requests. Burgers are smashed into deliciousness, and there is a sauce that I can't place, but tastes like something my Grandmother made, called "Sambo's Sauce". I remember her telling me it was from California, and I think maybe it's a thing there - either way, it's tangy & tasty.“

“Taco Mania was always a staple for me when I was in college at Sam Houston. I always get the Daniel’s taco, a gordita and two tostadas with their beef steak. I absolutely love their green sauce. It definitely has a kick but it’s so yummy!“
“Best when it’s not too cold to actually sit and enjoy being outside for me personally. I don’t like the cold. My amazing Man, took me here and fed me his crab legs! I fell even more in love with him! Who shares the seafood especially Crab?!! ?? Anyways. The corn seasoned!! Shrimp! Cooked to perfection and taste so delicious. I’m excited to go back. I’ve had it twice and the Gumbo was good, I’m from New Orleans so I feel like it was missing a lil something but it’s a good 7.6/10 it needs a bit more of a kick in it if you ask me. Overall everything else seafood wise is great. The fries were greatly seasoned and I kept wanting to go back for more lol and we had takeout the second time! I will go out of my way to support this food truck. The owner is very friendly and the park itself is clean and maintained.“
“Had a great lunch here! I was curious as to what it was so I tried the most ordered thing at pizza restaurants which is pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks, . The quality and the taste of the food is quite spectacular considering it is coming from a food truck. If you were in Riverside or passing by Riverside I would highly recommend stopping at fat boys“
