I was in Huntsville, Tx for a seminar. I had the Breakfast Sampler & it was really good. Our waitress was great. She kept checking on us & she was very polite. Our food didn't take long at all. It's always a great feeling to find an IHOP in small towns. You may not want to chance eating at places that you may not like their food but trusty IHOP satisfies every time. I have no complaints at this location.

Managers need to be trained better... I placed an order and paid for it online. Not even 2 minutes after I placed it, I called to cancel it because I wasn't going to be able to pick it up. They told me they had the oder but that they couldn't cancel it bc they didn't know how yo and that they couldn't help me.

This is the second time that I have visited Ihop this month, and I'm sad to say that the service is terrible ? First time we asked for ☕️ coffee and creamer. The server brought us coffee and totally forgot that we needed cutlery and creamer. The creamer made it to the table when the coffee was already cold. Then she went back to the kitchen ? and we didn't even have a spoon to stir our coffee. ( Mind you, this place was almost empty when we were there) There is no reason why I should go and find you for simple things as serving a table correctly.
