Just wanted to write a review to give a shout out to the new manager Karmen! I unfortunately had some mistakes in my order but she worked with me and even went the extra mile to hand deliver my order! She really cares about customer service and i was left very happy! definitely going again :)

This place is under new ownership and management. The staff are friendly and helpful. I see the same faces every time I go in and they are improving each time too. A great little place if you're looking for somewhere near SHSU campus that is quick and tasty.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sandwich that I enjoy a lot, good with the crispy jalapenos.

got my go to sandwich #12 add hot peppers (a must add-on) and as always it hit the spot. Delicious food, excellent service, friendly staff, and no complaints. This location has recently come under new management and i've got nothing bad to say. In my opinion Jimmy John's is the best sandwich place.
