Why is my order taking over an hour ?? I ordered at 7:35 pm it’s now 8:50 and I still have no food ?? The Huntsville tx location sucks

If the pizza was 5$ I'd be willing to except this nonsense, your building Is dirty on the outside, your 3rd party cant take orders correctly (all I asked for is light sauce THAT IS NOTHING CRAZY)so after I paid and got the receipt I noticed that it didn't specify the light sauce so I asked the girl at the counter about it she let me know the order isn't her fault but I could wait ANOTHER HR AND A HALF to get it corrected EVEN AFTER I waited an extra 45 minutes from the time it was supposed to be ready.Ruined dinner for my household of 5 kids so thanks for that

I sent my son to town to grab 2 Extramostbestest Cheese pizzas for an easy dinner. He returned and the cheese was burnt on both pizzas and there was a jalapeño stem in the crust of one and the other had jalapeños in the crust as well. The employees didn’t even take the time to cut the pizza slices evenly. The cheese was more hard than melted. I tried to reach a manager and was unsuccessful. Both calls were over 40 minutes on hold.

Ordered for delivery, and the doordash driver provided through the little Caesars website stole my order, wouldn't answer their calls, and instead of replacing my order right away, they wanted to refund it which would take 3-5 business days, so now I'm out food and money for the night!

I guess it's my fault. I should have known to check the pizza BEFORE I left the store. Was in a hurry running errands in town so I got this because of time constraints. Why else would you go to "pizza pizza"? Asked for an extra pepperoni pizza. Got down the road and discovered half the pizza had 1 or 2 pieces of pepperoni per slice. Sauce was skimpy and the crust doughy as well. That's less than the "normal" pepperoni is supposed to have. Conroe, Huntsville and Livingston locations have all taken a nose dive. I need to find somewhere else to grab quick takeout food from now on.
