Bathrooms needed some help.Parking: Lots of parking just not in the front and handicap parking is double the walk of most placesKid-friendliness: Saw a kids birthday party near the back of the restaurant. Had lots of room and staff going out of there way to help. 7 or 8 staff members sang happy birthday.Wheelchair accessibility: Three sides of the building had ramps to get onto the sidewalk. Easy in easy out.

We had a restful, enjoyable time at Olive Garden. There wasn't a wait to get a table. We were nestled in a booth to ourselves. Our waitress was nice and friendly. Our appetizers (though a bit cold, yet tasty) were prepared quickly. The chicken and gnocchi soups were on point, as usual. We all ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara to suit our individual tastes. Needless to say, we had plenty of leftovers.Kid-friendliness: The manager came around several times to ensure that everything was satisfactory.

I gave 2 stars for the service, instead of one, as some employees were actually nice and helpful. Our designated server was not one of those.From the super casual way they said they would be right back when they first "approached" the table (because they really just leaned over and said they would be right back, I almost did not realize they were talking to us, as I turned to.see them turn and head away), to dropping off the plates for the appetizer (literally, they did that 'circular thing coming to rest over time' motion), to not offering cheese on anything, to disappearing around when we were done. Someone else, a busboy, I think, noticed and came over to help with getting a to go container and finalizing the bill. He (the original server) also seemed to think that "bonjour" was appropriate after he brought our food. Maybe he meant "bon apetite" - which would make more sense, even if it is French and not Italian. When we left, one of the young ladies at the front came around and opened the door for us, as one of us was using a walker. I appreciated that. And I thanked her and the busboy both for their help.I had been planning on using my birthday dessert coupon but decided to wait. I did not want to associate that with the abysmally poor service we received from our designated server.
