My order was messed up. I ordered a three meat plate with a request that my rice be placed in a separate container and only the three meats on the plate. I failed to check my order before leaving only checking after arriving home. On my plate was the rice (that I asked to place it in a separate container), two meats with the third meat in the separate container. I called Panda Express and spoke to the manager. She asked if I received the complete order, I told her yes, but not the way I requested. The manager proceeds to tell me that the next time I come they will make sure they get the order right, not to make it right?. I told her that I won’t be back. I will drive all the way to Conroe before paying for a messed up order and dealing with an unconcerned manager. I don’t always agree with the statement that the customer is always right, but today I was right. I should’ve be able to get what I pay for and I didn’t, but Panda Express made me look the culprit and not the victim. Don’t allow these businesses to run rough shot over you. If you hit them in the pocket book then will they mend their ways.

This is the worst food our family has ever eaten. Portions were small. Didn't think they could be that small. The only food that was edible were the egg rolls and the white rice. Honey chicken and Walnut shrimp were horrible. We will never go back again, to ANY Panda Express. Our recommendation is stay away.

I just find it Amazing that at 6 PM in the Heart of the dinner Rush that their top 3 sellers have a 15 Minute. Wait for them to cook. I watched 4 different couples walk out of this restaurant without any food because they weren't going to wait and had the same frustration. I did, why do you not have food ready during the rush?
