Literally never in my life have I had a worse experience. They let me place an order for a shot of expresso and cold foam (I add it to my protein coffee) Then they didn't make my order for me and I had chose to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited 10 minutes since it was busy. I politely asked one of the ladies if my order was put in correctly. Just a shot of expresso with cold foam over ice. Then the 3 African American ladies working proceeded to insult me and the drink I chose saying that it's not a drink? Then maybe don't let me fucking order it? We could've come to a simple conclusion but instead they yelled at me so bad and kept making snide remarks that I had to leave before they could even give me what I fucking paid for so I could cry outside in peace The ladies who worked in the NGL at 10:00 am (09/20/23) were so rude to me and this isn't the first time I've had issues, but this one was so bad I can't not leave a review. I've never left a review on any busy before except for this one know.

They're still pretty good, but the new lady with the short haircut and pony tail, can only type in numbered orders. Ask for anything else forget it she don't seem to care just keep it moving.

I always have great experiences at Starbucks but this one in particular I always have problems with. They milk and ice down everything, espresso always tastes burnt, the place is a mess with 3 girls standing around, almost everyone is rude all of the time and they sneak on extra prices and don't tell you. I've given them 5 chances but no more.

Y'all don't know how to be professional. I wonder if being rude is a requirement to work here. I ordered a white chocolate mocha today. It tasted awful. Burnt and when I looked at it wasn't even filled to the top like normal. I waited a while for the line to die down so I could ask for another one. Well that was a mistake becuase these people bust thier butt all morning becuase it never slows down. Shouldn't have bothered. Just got accused of drinking half of my drink just to get a new one. Well guess what. The remake tasted exactly the same as my first one. Threw that drink in the trash on my way out.

Service 10 out of 10 Everytime I come here these people are nice and genuinely welcoming. Cleanliness: 9 out of 10 Always clean when I walk in 0 issues here. Overall: it's convenient and right on campus! 5 stars all around. I will return and make this my regular retreat while at work

I have never seen employees treat customers with so much disrespect. I have gone to this location many times (only because it's conveniently on campus), and every time I'm there, the ladies who work the morning shift are straight up rude and have an attitude with everyone. And when they're not being rude to the customers directly, they're loudly yelling and making fun of customers right in front of their faces. The only reason I can think of that this group of women still even have jobs is because they're on campus in a convenient location where students will end up going anyway. Just sad. I've even seen an employee yelling at a customer after she politely told her that they got her drink size wrong. The lady who made the drink argued with the customer, saying she ordered the size she made, and then the lady at the register joined in and said she heard exactly the size she ordered, and the employees ganged up on the girl. When the poor girl finally had enough and said "Ok whatever" and just decided to leave, the lady who made the drink continued yelling at the customer saying "Uhhh no not whatever!" All of the employees continued making fun of the girl after she left, in front of the long line of customers who all witnessed what happened. Everyone was shocked. The fact that the group of women on the morning shift are still allowed to work here is just sad. At first when I saw their behavior I thought they were just tired from working with bratty students all the time, but as I came more, I never, not even once, saw a student being anything but polite to them. They're just sad people who hate their lives and want to take it out on others.

Most definitely the worst service you can possibly receive from such a well known establishment. Employees act careless, negligent and unprofessional when it comes to servicing students, faculty and even campus visitors. Drinks taste burnt, measurements are carelessly measured and no positive interactions. Never going back there again
