Ordered accidentally online to this location, they said they’ll cancel but never did. Can’t believe how lazy most of the employees are at this location, makes me wanna never eat subway again. They lied to me and stole my money

I started eating subway all the time again because of this location. The staff is incredibly kind and puts in a lot of effort into making sure ur food is well prepared, unlike 99% of all subways locations. Shout out the staff here!!!!

Wouldn't risk eating here anymore. I got food poisoning from the meatball sub when I ate there last Thursday, two weeks ago. Was not a fun experience and had to miss classes because I was throwing up all day.

So disappointed - I ordered thru the app 2 footlong sandwiches and salad, I waited until the app said it was ready & went inside to pick it up. They were out of the chicken for one of the footlongs so we replaced it with the steak. The problem is they didn't make anything else until I got in there, so it really wasn't READY like the app said. They burnt the bread on one and the other was supposed to be flatbread but I guess they didn't read that. I paid for extra tuna on the other footlong and I didn't get it. I live 20 minutes out of town so when I got home and unwrapped the sandwiches the kids were very disappointed. I left a message asking the manager to contact me (since I live so far out) but the manager didn't contact me. I stopped in the store the next afternoon & again left a message (in person) for the manager to contact me. No contact was ever received from the manager. Does that mean he/she doesn't care to make it right?

My name is Chris. Had to make this review on my wife's account (cuz I don't have one) I usually NEVER make reviews. But I have to make this one, because, I am appalled by what just happened at this subway. An older women with orangish hair came in and took a young lady into the back (leaving a young man to serve customers alone) and all you hear from there is screaming. Sounded like the older women had write ups for her and the young lady shut down (I hope she didn't force her to sign them). Well I spoke to the young lady who was taken to the back she was crying and seemed to be having a panic attack. Come to find out that young lady is a 16 year old child. Now, yes, I understand employees have consequences when they mess up, but what this women did was completely unacceptable. So I knew I seen this women from somewhere. Found out she's the manager at the subway by hobby lobby and I already HATE THAT SUBWAY LOCATION they are rude and sloppy, yea I said it, SLOPPY. I found out that women's name is Taylor while speaking to the the young lady who's name is Vanessa. She is a sweet girl. I really hope there is consequences for the Taylor lady with the orange hair, because that was unbelievably unprofessional. I forgot the original managers name for this subway but he is an amazing soul and the employees here are great and the food is always good! But I hope that women gets fired or something because a child does not deserve to be embarrassed and belittled like that in front of employees and CUSTOMERS of all people! What a nice way to embarrass yourself TAYLOR I hope you get what you deserve. That poor Vanessa girl was drowning in tears. Hopefully the actual manager is there tomorrow so I can come back and make a good review for him just need his name. I will be checking in on the situation as well. I really hope something is done about this. Can't believe how these employees have to be abused by management from another store. Just sad.. DO BETTER.

I'd give this place 5 stars cuz I usually love the employees here and the service, but today was sad. This women came in yelling at a little girl who works there. The girl said it was a manager named Taylor from another store. Umm it was seriously sad and unprofessional. Someone needs to stick up for that baby and it'll be me if no one else will. I heard the girl talking to another man it was so sad cuz she was crying so hard you could barely understand her. I also heard this place was bought out by a new owner and if this is how they let they're management speak to employees then they should seriously reconsider their profession. Really looking forward to that chick Taylor being fired cuz I almost cried when the girl was making sandwiches and crying. Ohh that chick took the girl to the back and left a dude alone with a line of customers, come on now where is the good customer service.. and if the Taylor person is a manager she should also reconsider her profession. Cus uhh that was not management quality and unprofessional.

I love going to this Subway, it's right next to my Dorm and the workers are usually really nice! My favorites are Faith and Sip, their really funny and are always friendly! I'm giving a four star because those two are great and so are a few others but the one thing that concerns me is one of the workers. I didn't catch her name but she was working with Faith today when I was grabbing a sandwich around 12. She was alright to me but I noticed she made some borderline racist comments towards Faith and it was really uncomfortable. I would give a 4 star because again, usually really friendly people and good food, but she made me uncomfortable especially with how open she was about making those comments when she thought I couldn't hear her.
