If I could give a zero I would. Placed an order through the app for pickup at the drive-through and did not get my drink. The whole point of going to this particular store is the drive through when you're in a hurry. The rude manager says that when they are busy, they will only give you a cup that you have to come into the store and fill up yourself. Defeats the whole purpose of having a drive-through. She just cost you a return customer, but clearly she doesn't care.

If Savannah rolled her eyes any further back in her head, they probably would have gotten stuck!! I have no idea why she was in such a horrible mood, but anything I asked or said was met with a bad attitude... it was unprofessional and quite frankly just RUDE! I eat here EVERY weekend, I never have an issue with Jas, she is freaking amazing!! Jas is the only reason this review got 3 stars... if i had only ever met Savannah, I would have never returned and left a 1 star review!I usually go in later then I did today, Jas must be the evening shift... I'll make a point to not order food from Savannah ever again!!

Ordered and paid using the Subway App. My pickup time was 7:35. Pulled up to the window at 7:35. Was never acknowledged by anyone. Employee finally came to window at 7:45 with my order. Got home with order and one of the three sandwiches was wrong and the three chocolate chip cookies I ordered were not chocolate chip. The employee who gave me my order was very polite.

Awesome sandwiches. Hailey the short haired girl was promt and friendly with a great smile, dispit being busy keeping up with supplies . needs a raise.
This subway is strategically located inside a convenient store right off I-45. They serve typical Subway fare. It's been awhile since I've been to Subway; they have added the slider to the menu. For $2, you get this little sandwich that fits inside my palm. 90% of it is the ciabatta bread while you get a small ice cream scoop of meat, a couple pieces of veggies, and a small slice of cheese. I tried the Philly Slider. The only two things I tasted were bread and onions. I also ordered a 6" chicken sub with the new garlic spread stuff as backup in case I didn't like the slider. Really not impressed on it either as I never tasted it on the bread.
