Just came through the drive through April 14 1:33am order my food and specifically ask that they make my order fresh sat in line behind another customer on motor cycle for about 5 min then pulled up to the window to pay and waited 10 min for food just to get my food and find out my order was not fresh at all, this is just lazy customer service, why even say welcome to Taco Bell what can I get you if I can’t get what I wanted/ paid for??? Your lucky you get 1 star cause I would have given you zero stars if it ever was an option, Might as well tell me you get what the fxxx I give you. If you can’t do your job then kick rocks MF!!!!!

Im sure you can imagine my disappointment when I sent my sister on a special mission to TBell and she comes home with food looking like this. She said she went to the “wrong” Taco Bell in Huntsville so I sense that means THIS establishment ? never againWhere’s the toppings? I got two bites of actual taco before giving the rest of the tortilla to my trash can

Was not given what I ordered, food was cold (meat was the temperature of meats recently removed from a refrigeration unit) and soft taco supreme were under filled to the point 90 % was tortilla, the 2 beefy 5 layer burritos I ordered magically changed into cheesy double beef burritos.As I eat while I work (delivery driver) Theres was no time to return and exchange the food. At least when I go to the Taco Bell on Sam Houston St in Huntsville Tx I get the food I ordered. I Will Not !!! return to this Taco Bell on I-45.

Made an app order, sat in the drive thru for 10 mins, and was never waited on. Parked and went in and told the guy I needed to pick up an order... he responded, "Uh, an app order?" Got our food and told them about the drive thru wait and their response "short staffed" *shrug* Got home, not only did they left off the guacamole that I paid extra for, there was literally 10 fries in each order. I bought 2 grilled cheese fries and a baha blast= $15
