Local gem!! There's a reason this place has been a staple in the NRH/Hurst community for so many years. I ordered the vegetarian plate to go and it was basically a sampler of many different traditional dishes. I subbed out the dolmas for gyro meat and for my soup/salad choice I opted for tabouli! Service was fast, attentive, and personable. Can't wait to come back!

I met some friends for dinner here on a Saturday night, and we got a table right away. The service was great. Very friendly and not pushy. Our food came out quickly, and we brought our own drinks as it is BYO. We ordered two chicken souvlakis and one salmon. Everyone really enjoyed their entrees. I had the chicken souvlaki, and the green beans threw me off a bit. I love green beans, but I am totally team keep them crisp. These were cooked completely, looked like they came from a can, and were mixed with some tomatoes. It came with a large serving of tender, grilled chicken, some grilled veggies, and rice. It wasn't the prettiest plate I have ever been served, but you can't judge a book by its cover, because it was delicious. It was enough for two full meals, the only thing I polished off before leaving...were the green beans. They were good. I was surprised by my visit and will definitely come back.

One of our most romantic nights! We sat in the outside area where the heaters kept it perfect. It was raining heavy so we listened to the rain while being serenaded by an amazing acoustic guitar player. We split the mixed grill and fool. We also enjoyed a lemon mint hookah and ended with some baklava. We were there as they were closing but they told us not to rush so we could finish our meal and still enjoy the rain/guitar/hookah. I will recommend this place to anyone who enjoys delicious Mediterranean food and a romantic atmosphere.

The food is horrible and it’s not what it used to be. The Shawarma sandwich is even worse and over priced. $I paid $$12.95 for each Sharma sandwich without anything not even the fries or anything. Service is a subpar, and our waitress was sitting with the restaurant owner/manager all the time we were there without any consideration that you have customers to serve. The soup lentils was not related to lentils soup at all and was horrible and disgusting. Our waitress even overcharged us for soft drinks. We did not even order and we discovered after our credit card was charged. I don’t recommend this place at all and will be my last time to go there.

So thankful I live close by. Easily my favorite Mediterranean restaurant. Service is always good, portion sizes are awesome, and great taste too. I wish you guys didn't close from 2-5 on Fridays though, so many of us would be willing to come eat here after Friday prayers.
