Love the food, especially the chicken soup. Some of the best chicken soup I’ve ever had.I will say, as the years have gone by, the menu has changed significantly since I was a kid. It does suck when personal favorites disappear in place of stuff I won’t eat.My biggest issue would be the price-to-serving ratio. I’m not sure if it’s still on the menu, but last time I ordered it, I spent $20-30 on cheese ravioli to get less than 10 smallish ravioli.But it’s a great place to get good Italian food regardless.

This is our go to place for special occasion dinners and casual dinners. We are NEVER disappointed! This Carrabbas is the most consistent in excellent food, service, and atmosphere. That's why we're here tonight celebrating a birthday. We considered a Brazilian steak house, but their steaks really can't compare to these. We'll be back, and we'd definitely recommend!

I ordered grilled scallops and shrimp. I am disappointed to say that they were inedible, as they were incredibly salty. I would have liked to tell my server and had the scallops and shrimp replaced. However, due to Carrabba's policies the waiters were overworked, forced to bus, take orders, deliver food, process payments, and if we were lucky have our glasses refilled. I really wanted to like Carrabbas. The calamari was very good, but I didn't buy one of the most expensive menu items to be unable to eat it.

The food was mediocre after a more than 30 minute wait. The manager did comp one dish after a complaint was made but unfortunately that didn’t make up for the lack in service. Our waitress was not attentive and didn’t appear focused on her job. The experience compared to dollars spent did not even out. I’d try another location but would be leery about going back to this one.
