The owner is a Marine and my entire family went to celebrate my son joining the Marines on family night. They were able to accommodate us and created beautiful tasty food. This is one of the best places for a large family. Excellent service. Fantastic pizza and pasta and fresh salads. Love this. Our new family place.

The staff is wonderful. They keep everything stocked and the tables cleaned off. The pizza was okay. Not a ton of flavor and there was no cheese with marinara sauce when we went, only with Alfredo sauce. The salad was my favorite part!What I didn't like was the "game room"!! Most of the games are claw machines and you know how that goes. The air hockey machine had a puck, but no paddles. We had to play with our hands!! Huge disappointment since my little ones were most excited about finishing their food so they could play.

Went to fill up my cup with ice and noticed mold growth on both sides of the ice dispenser. Told the manager and a co worker and they said they would take care of it. Instead a co worker just went to go fill up the ice. I walked up again and told him what I just told the manager and just shrugged his shoulders and moved a long. More co workers came over because someone complained about the coke nozzle wasn’t stopping. So instead of taking care of the mold they decided to the coke spout was more important. Finally after watching families walk in with littles one, I said something AGAIN. This would make three times of approaching the situation. Finally the manager did something because I was loud about it and told a family to wait just one second till they get this cleaned before serving it to their a little ones. Absolutely ridiculous. Should have been handled the moment it was mentioned.

I don't care what people say I love Cici's. Their pepperoni Jalapeño pizza is the bomb. This location is okay, and its a good place to bring kids. They can be messy and loud. I wish there was more variety of pizzas at this particular location. It seemed like they only had like three types of pizza out. Also some of the trays were a little dirty. Overall it's an okay place with good pizza and those cinnamon desserts are amazing.
