Can I just say that Amber at the NE mall. Is absolutely amazing and deserves a pay raise! She is super kind,super sweet. And awesome to talk to. So thank you Amber at great american cookie for being so kind to me today and going above and beyond.The baker that was there around 1:00 he has dark hair. You're awesome, and super friendly and seems to be a very hard worker!! So thank you guys for everything and I will definitely refer my clients to that location!

Would not honor buy 5 get 1 free. I got one that was a decorated cookie, but was not told it didn’t qualify until after they gave them to my kids. And then even after that they would not give me an additional cookie for free, even though I paid for 5 regular priced PLUS the decorated one.

Colton William Schmidt always brags about the decoration he does on the cookie cakes…. his phone photos are FULL of them I can confirm- the decoration is that of a medieval tapestry…the writing is that of ancient Japanese calligraphy. Magnificent Hello Kitty Cake 10/10

I bought their larger sugar cookie sandwich. It was OK, went alright with my Community Coffee from Frullati, but I've had better from them. Not exactly worth the $4.70.

The cookies were great as always but the man with the afro, I believe his name was Floyd? He had a very rude attitude, didn't seem like he even wanted to be there. It was a very unpleasant experience.

I ordered a cake through Uber Eats to be delivered tonight for my daughter’s birthday. Uber Eats cancelled the order at the very last minute leaving my daughter in tears. I called Great American Cookies to find out what had happened & received the best possible service!!! It turned out that there was confusion because there were 2 orders made through Uber eats with the same first name. The mall was closing in 10 minutes so there was no way I could make it there on time to pick up. The kind woman at the store asked me for my address and phone number and told me she would make sure my daughter got her birthday cake! Keke & Asjha went completely out of their way, after closing up their store no less, to make sure that my daughter received her beautiful birthday cake tonight! And these lovely women showed up with huge smiles on their faces & seemed as excited to bring the cake to my daughter as my daughter was to receive it! Thank you so much, Keke & Asjha!!!
Hannah and Zackary was working and it just turn 9pm closing will we was sitting at the front of counter waiting for services..Granddaughter wanted a cookie and they both refunded to sale us the cookies in the display. HANNAH stated that she was going to put the cookies in the back for tomorrow sale and they close. So I replied ok so you are not going to sale to us due to you are now close while we was waiting on services and the register is still open and u are talking to your friends correct Hannah stated " Yes" So I sit down right at the sit across from them and begin this review. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES; POOR SERVICE AND THE COMPANY NEED TO DO MORE SECERT VISIT REVIEWS ON THEIR BUSINESS TO SEE WHAT THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE DOING REGULARLY. They are shouting, playing and not closing on time as I know procedures are in order to follow.

Having walked up to the counter in place an order in the past and as expected had to wait a little while. No big deal. So this time I ordered online. Said it would be ready at 12:34pm 2 April 2022. Was not ready when I got there. Had to wait longer. Sat down next to the store and waited. Saw other people sit next to me get called and got there order and leave. I got up at 1:25pm and asked if they could just cancel it. The person said they had been calling me. I said will I've been sitting right there waiting and saw customers come go and saw them call up other customers for their order.
