I am the first one to give a critical review when service is not up to par, however when my order was delivered incorrectly I did not hesitate to call the restaurant and air my frustrations with the manager on duty who happened to be Shannon. After recently being sick all I wanted was this bowl of soup -and when it arrived wrong I was just defeated!
