Normally I carry out from the location off Harwood. This time I got delivery and this location was default. Boy was that a mistake. Delivery promised in 30 minutes. It took 1.5 hours to get my order. Lady working phones hung up on me twice.Pizza finally showed up. It's a let down. As I clack away on my grease soaked keyboard, I feel the pepperonis eating away at the lining of my stomach. I'm paying $4.99 delivery charge THEN paying their driver a living wage for what? I could've literally walked to pick up my order about as quick as delivery.With a business model like this, I pray to pizza they go out of business. This chain is a shit show.

If I could give a no star rating I would. I used to be a regular customer of Pizza Hut - this experience was one that I was not happy with and will end my patronage of this location. I tried to order online with this location. I received errors when attempting to order, resulting in my calling the store directly to place my order--the representative who answered the phone needed to be more competent. I spoke with the store manager "Liz," and it turned even worse - she could not honor the coupons I saw online and stated that it was a "corporate" coupon that she could not honor, although the coupon deal showed up for her location online. She decided that she would rather lose my sale and long-standing relationship with the location by not honoring what was listed online,Extremely disappointing that loyalty from both the customer and the business does not matter to those in your leadership positions. Train your associates better!!

if I could give a lower rating I would! I've ordered a dozen pizzas at least from this location. the last three have been pretty bad! tonight however was the worst! it was delivered 45 min later than the app said. I called to get an eta and was told the driver had 4 stops and mine would be there in 15-20 minutes. It finally arrived and was wet from sitting in the box for an hour plus, which caused it to be a box of yuck. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! the manager offered me another pizza ... NO THANKS. Do NOT eat here. The service is terrible. The food is terrible! I ordered cheese sticks and of course they were burnt. I asked why did the cheese sticks look like that, and of course the guy at the register said, “I don’t know!” I asked to speak to a manager to express my concerns. The manager (Jake) tells me the same thing but of course with an attitude. I asked for my money back only to be met with smart comments. He proceeds to tell me to speak to his manager in the morning. When I asked for his name and the managers name, he really became irritated. He started making comments about me receiving my “little sixDollars back.” I told him it wasn’t the money and I didn’t have 15 minutes for him to make more. I will NEVER step foot in this location. Liz, if you are reading this, please retrain your employees!

Wow really been disappointed with Pizza Hut compared to the way it was in the late 80's - early 90's. That is how long I have been ordering pizza and bread sticks from them. I order a double order of breadsticks with cheese and 3 extra marinas and 2 come with it. There was hardly any cheese at all on them and I was not able to add extra cheese on the website. The marinas were all about half full? I mean wtf? With delivery fee and tips it was about $25. Pizza Hut May have lost this long time customer.

We ordered a pizza box and paid extra to add two ingredients to one pizza. The kids only wanted cheese, so they should have put some extra cheese on that side since they were saving on an ingredient. As you can see, the sauce wasn't even close to the edges on both pizzas, and there were sections of sauce without any cheese at all on it. I don't usually post negative reviews, but this pizza was pathetic. We won't be going back to this location.

If I could provide a lower score I would. Last time I ordered they delivered to the wrong house. And we didn't find out about this until we called the store and were told that Door Dash had already delivered it. To the wrong house. So we ate cold pizza! Here we are again today, placing an order. And this time after an hour or waiting we called the store and got no answer. So my husband called and we got an answer from a call center rep who stated the order had been cancelled. We never cancelled that order. So come to find out the store closed and cancelled all orders. And then didn't want to compensate us in anyway after going through this trouble. Pretty sure this place is ran by teenagers or no one. Sucks!

This place suuuuuucks! First ATTEMPT to order from this location was on 2/5/22 at 10:30 pm. After about 30 minutes, the store calls me to say they don't have any drivers and that I'll have to come pick it up. I tell them that won't work for my situation and they offer a $25 gift card that expires in 30 days. Never used it. Here I am, giving them a second chance on 3/13/22 at 9:45 pm. The order arrives but I'm missing: 2 liter Dr. Pepper 1 garlic butter dipping sauce (for cheese sticks) 3 marinara dipping sauce (for cheese sticks) 1 cream cheese dipping sauce (for cinna-sticks) but I got two BLUE cheese...they thought I wouldn't notice? They got the pepperoni pizza and cinna-sticks right. Everything else in my $39.00 order was wrong. When I called, the guy just blamed DoorDash like the first time I tried to order from them. I asked if DoorDash is the one who puts everything in the box, and he said, "No." So I asked how DoorDash could be responsible for missing sauces from the box while I have extra sauces that I didn't order?! I proclaimed that this is NOT a DoorDash problem at which point he got mad and hung up on me. I'll be seeking a full refund REGARDLESS of the extra Cinnabons that were mistakenly made and given to the DoorDash driver who decided to pass them on to me. In light of recent events, I'm inclined to believe these were NOT made by mistake and actually belong to someone else. They are probably drinking my damn Dr. Pepper at this very moment! lol TLDR: They f*** up your order and blame DoorDash.

Minus one star for not being on Door Dash but using Door Dash to deliver my order. That really made it confusing. It was a little over an hour wait from placing and receiving my order but the pizza arrived hot and delicious. The spicy lovers is great with a little kick but honestly I was expecting more of a kick. However, I'd order it again.

i ordered 1 medium pizza and the anticipated wait was 1 hour. i received a message after 24 minutes the pizza was on its way. after no pizza asst 1 hour 10 minutes, i called and was told anthony, the driver had just picked up my pizza 10 minutes ago. it should be here any minute. wrong. i caked again at 8:50pm and was told they only had one driver and that was justall they could do. i told them they should have stopped accepting delivery orders. if you want cold mushy pizza, this is your place

pizza delivery drivers need to be paid more that way they care about their job. I feel like the poor service here is because the delivery people don't care if they lose their job.
