I'm not sure about the other 2 reviews but I've eaten here twice and it was solid.I ordered a couple of slices each time and it was really good. The only problem I had was the price of my 2 slices of pizza. It was a little over 12 dollars. They are good size slices but 6 bucks a slice is a little pricey to me.But the pizza was really good and it's the NY style of pizza my favorite.I would recommend it.Especially if your looking for a couple of slices of pizza.Im not sure about the rest of their food but the pizza is pretty solid.

Waited for 5 minutes for someone to come out. They didn't it was 5:10pm in the evening. I guess they didn't want the business of me and my family.

Didn't have anyone who spoke English working. Seems they just want to stand and simply stare. I am a mall employee and that is absolutely sad. No customer service experience at all, and that on the hiring manager.

So disappointed in this place. I can no longer eat here. There are always flies on the pizzas. I work in the mall and have tried several times to eat here but end up just buying a coke. Do something guys! I love sbarros! I didn't want to take pics because that would be too much.

Hadn't had Sbarros since I was a kid and was excited to see one at Northeast Mall. Pizza was really good with fresh tasting ingredients and a perfect crust with a chewy bite! Quick service and very reasonable pricing on their combos and XL pizzas that I'm definitely going to have to try.

Don't eat here. DO NOT. EAT. HERE I came here bc I was looking for village pizza and pasta that used to be here. I wanted just a small dish of pasta and that was it. Imagine my surprise that village pizza is gone and there is a sbarros here. No other options at that moment for a small bowl of pasta. What the hell. It can't be that bad, right? NO. it was that bad. I decided on the ziti with 1 or 2 meatballs added in bc the spaghetti choice there was half drowned and swollen in water and the other half was sticking out of the water all crunchy and dry. Ugh. I got some push back on the addition of meatballs. Wtf just add them right? Then I was told oh watch out. It's really juicy. No tray. Just this weird take out container and that was not juice or sauce. It was pasta water. Do you know what watered down ziti tastes like? If you ever wonder, come here. The dish itself was very small for $8. Unknown times are hard and all that bs...but no. This was a rip off. I got a drink and they had no iced tea. Sigh. Then I open my lovely container and all this water is leaking out from the container. Water...NOT sauce. Cheese was barely there. What does watered down cheese taste like? Come here. You will find out. The texture was beyond bad. I had 6 other way better options to choose from and I chose poorly on this day bc I wanted some tomato sauce'd pasta. Yes...it can be that bad. Sbarros needs to be ashamed. Sbarros needs to close. This location for sure needs to shut down.

Pepperoni was absolutely fine but the cheese pizza tasted weird, not like any normal cheese pizza.

It's 7:30 there is an employee inside walking around chewing on something. Food of some sort. I ask if they were closed already because there's nothing out on the bar and she said yes they were closed I didn't ask her why but I'm just wondering why. Your website says 8. Not 730p

I hate to give 1 star. That means the place shouldn't exist based upon service and food quality. But here we are. Tonight I was a second off becoming the lastest viral video. Had I asked the manager even one more question, she gave me the look and tone, that said "I wish you would ask me one more time".Hi Yelpers! How are ya? Me you ask? Fine. Been better, but that I have strength to Yelp, things are actually awesome. First to put this spot on the radar, but as a cautionary tale. Never again. Why do most of us eat out? Well 1st, because we have earned a bit of fetty, guopo, chedda, moolah, Robert Dinero, money, and we're not in the mood to cook. Well that's me anyway. Secondly, we're hungry. Next, we're hungry. Cue up Yelp. Last time in NE mall I saw our old Pizza place was replaced with a Sbarro. My first choice was Heavenly Crust Pizza, but wanted to check out Sbarro.Get dressed, drive to the mall. Park, walk, walk walk to get me some Sbarro's pizza. So I get in the mall, it is 7:04 p.m. Sbarro closes at 9. I never like showing up in the last hours of business. Businesses are staffed by humans, with lives, so I do not order food in the last hour. They have to clean up, and close up. But 2 hours out? Plenty of time to make a Pizza. Stepped to the counter, said Hi, how y'all doing. Would like to order Whole Pizza. Menu has it up there that you can, so that was my pick. Manager looked at me and said, we have pepperoni and cheese. I was like, Um, I would like a Supreme, with veggies. She stopped me and pointed at the cold pizza menagerie under the lights and was like, we have cheese, and pepperoni. I then asked, so I can't order a fresh one. She said one last time. We have cheese, and pepperoni, this time with a wry smile, and a sarcastic tone of "what part of that did you not understand?"I am retired. I worked from 8 years old cutting grass in the summer for money. I went to the cotton fields in Mississippi as a teenager to buy school clothes and shoes. I served in the US Army a decade, then in my career. I retired at 56. Now at 57, I spend money on conveniences as I see fit. Had they been offering me free pizza tonight, I would have declined, because I wanted hot, fresh pizza, with my choice of toppings, and I had oodles of green to give them, plus a tip, for the service and pizza. You can't charge me full price for anything not to my liking. I didn't fill out an application to work at Sbarro, nor did I interview with Sbarro, nor did I sign up for a shift at Sbarro. I am the guy on the other side of the counter, with a smile, a greeting, an appetite, and money, merely asking if your store can provide a good and service. Not demanding it, just asking. I only wanted to be a courtesous, generous customer. No demands, just an exchange. Even if corporate or the franchisee orders them to shut it down early, or try to move old stock, try that on folks that will accept that, and offer what you advertise to others. If customers don't show up to buy at Sbarro, we have no less than 10 more spots in a 3 mile radius of Sbarro to choose from, and that is just for Pizza. We don't show up, we aren't looking for another job, so never get the idea you won, if you slighted a customer. I said Thank you, you all have a great evening. I then left, called Heavenly pie from the mall parking lot. I ordered the pie I needed, drove the 3 miles, paid for my pie, tipped generously, and now here I sit full of deliciousness, thanks to the crappy service at Sbarro. I will admit I did see other locations pop up, and had no more than two stars, so this is partially my own fault. But this is a brand new location. You would think they would be open at least a month or two before they start slacking. But NooooOOOooooo! (do the sound in your head...NooOOOoooo). Yep, that one. You have to be as silly as me if you actually read it like that. Dad jokes for days. Well Yelpers. I do trust you, and it wasn't a lack of trust that made me ignore the bad reviews at other locatio
