How is it, that you have a sign posted, stating spend over $ 25 and get $5 bucks off! I spent over $60, which included $50 gift card, the clerk said the gift card doesn't count! The sign didn't say it! Guess I will find a new place for coffee

Not great - drinks were not as ordered, no sugar free syrup (or at least told so) and the employee at the window was not that friendly (talking badly about us/order within our hearing)

I had a problem with my birthday coupon but I am thankful for the barista here who provided excellent customer service! Also, the regular patrons were very friendly, it was cool witnessing different cultures engage in conversation over a cup of joe.

Some baristas over charge and don't listen to your order, just ring up whatever is closest to what you said.

It's an okay location. I don't think I've been here and ever felt like the barista wasn't new. So maybe they all were new, or maybe they weren't and simply didn't have proper training. I can't recall any drink being what I actually desired in flavor; they were all sort of mediocre and at Starbucks prices, I never settle for mediocrity. The pastries on the other hand were DELICIOUS! I got a pumpkin scone and banana bread another time and they were both very delicious!

Maybe I'm new to this whole Starbucks thing.. like you have to order before you get there either by app or calling in? Very poor customer service today when I went in there was only one other customer sitting down and looks like he had his drink already, the barrister was at the counter talking to another lady (Tom Thumb employee). I didn't want to be rude so I waited my turn. Once the employee left, the barrister made eye contact then walked away and started to clean, no “welcome” no “hi”...I would've understood if she had to do something before taking my order but in the 10 minutes I was standing there (not including the time she was talking to the employee) not once did she acknowledge me, all she had to say was “be right with you”, “sorry we're closed for the day”, “we're not taking orders right now” ...I mean anything was better than nothing. Maybe I was supposed to wave, sing or clap for attention? Not sure but I finally just decided to walk away b'se I surely didn't want to order coffee with a side of rude. Not coming back to this location.
