I searched Google Maps for a great burger in Hutto, Texas. Google shared The Downtown Hall of Fame. For privacy, I didn't take more inside photographs. I ordered the Bacon and Cheese burger with no onions. It came with an order of fries. The burger smelled delicious, I took a bite before I remembered to photograph the plate. The hand cut French fries were tossed in a tasty spice for $15.75. They have plenty of appetizers to choose from. I would have liked an appetite sampler. I didn't ask if they had one or would make one.It was mid afternoon before the evening patrons arrived. The service was excellent. I recommend this place. Be prepared to hunt for a close parking spot.Parking: There are plenty of parking areas downtown if you are able to walk a short distance.

We were encouraged to come here many years ago prior to COVID. We tried many foods there which were all good. However, or favorite are the dove wings. They are chicken called "dove" for the name of the originator of the seasoning. Delicious!Anyways, they discontinued wings during COVID. So, we stopped going there. For some reason, my husband and I had a taste for dive wings a few weeks ago when we happened to be in the neighborhood. We stopped by just to see if they ever started serving them again. YEP. So, we came in and ate. Oh, my goodness. They were so good!!! We went back within a week with new friends. So good. We were so excited to eat both times that I forgot to take a pic. The place gives you a mom&pop feel. Please don't go there expecting some fancy restaurant. This is a bar with really good food in a small town square. Go for a small hometown experience where there happens to be a LOT of concrete hippos everywhere. Afterwards, go next door for some pie.

Would never recommend!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. Restaurant itself was dirty. Soda drinks were straight syrup and tasted disgusting. Queso was thick and cold. My adult bacon cheese burger that I ordered came out with tiny piece of broken patty. Told the server, and. She made excuses. Not once did anyone apologize or try to make it right. Chewy chicken tenders were not good at all!!! Service was not good, and seemed incompetent! Total waste of money!!!

I placed an order through DD chicken salad I paid extra for AVOCADO ? AND THAT WAS NEVER ADDED not to mention very little chicken. So I decided to give them a second chance today same through DD AND AGAIN SAME THING PAID EXTRA $$$$ for avocado and never got that and to top it off I got 3 tiny little pieces of chicken . Save your money this people are thieves !

For takeout you don’t get as many fries as you would if you dine in. Or at least we didn’t this time that we got takeout from there. Onion rings were soggy and didn’t get very many for $6.10. I don’t think it’s worth it.

Comfortable place for casual meal. The food was delicious, service was attentive & personable . Unique atmosphere! It seems they have karaoke night on Saturdays, and I suspect this would be a fun place for food and drinks with friendsKid-friendliness: The place seemed to be open to serving whatever age group. There's is a bar section as well as separate dining with tables/booths.

I came in to have a beer and an appetizer. I was told to leave after I asked to have my thermos filled with water. I didn't get a chance to sit down at the bar an order anything. The bartender told me it was an open container it wasn't allowed in the facility. I wanted to fill it and take it back to my motorcycle and she refused. March 3, 2024 630pm. She wished me a good rest of the day. Previous experiences with establishment was friendly. This one was confrontational.
