I want to give a HUGE shout out & THANK YOU to the Manager Tania! My kids wanted Wingstop, and when i went to pick up our order ($112) i grabbed my 2 bags and walked out to my truck and when reaching for my door handle 1 bag ripped and all the food spilled out all over the ground at my feet! (My heart broke) I walked back in and asked if there was anything that could be done or was i going to purchase the order again? We gave this location a try because we didn't wanted something more substantial than "McNuggets" or something like that.The location was clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall service was better than we expected based on some of the negative reviews.That said, the music being played was far too loud and made it hard to hear the staff member who took our order.The boneless wings we ordered were better than the last Wingstop we tried, but nothing to be overly excited about.Overall,...read full review

Love the new Hutto Wingstop location!!!! I’ve ordered from here several times and the orders are consistently accurate, timely, hot/fresh, and the staff is friendly. Much better overall customer service experience at this WS Hutto location versus than the WS Stonehill/Pflugerville location.
