“This restaurant was exactly what I was looking for. Mexican food estilo Guanajuato. Nice little place in the middle of nowhere. Customer service is on point. Restaurant is clean, spacious and very inviting. Food was delicious, SALSAS ARE ON POINT. Lubbock isn’t big but I definitely recommend this restaurant. Home made corn tortillas had me from the start. Ate it all.“

“First time here. I saw steak and eggs on their menu and had to try it. I was not disappointed. This burrito was huge and not many fatty bites from the steak. The red salsa had a good flavor. You can definitely share this burrito with your partner. I will be back again if I'm ever in Lubbock again. $9.56 for the burrito. The drive thru was pretty high so I parked and decided to order thru the window. They do have tables, but I decided to eat in the car since I was leaving Lubbock. Ended up staying to I couldn't eat anymore. I should have just ate in the patio area.“
“We do enjoy stopping here for our Breakfast Tacos and the lunch Tacos. They're always busy and the Tacos are Way bigger and filled with delicious variety and selection of meats and other items. ???????? The Tortillas are always perfect and cooked to perfection. Wish they would bring back the Habanero sauce. Delicious and ??“

“We were thrilled upon hearing that our favorite Idalou restaurant was reopening as Chilitos Pepper Cafe. This talented family also owns Mexican restaurants in Slaton and Wolfforth. The meals were even tastier than before and looked great on the plate.“
