Worst buffet ever. If i could rate no stars i would.

If I could give less than one star I would. Nothing on the buffet that hadn't been there for what looked like days. There was a lady sweeping the filthy floor while I was attempting to eat. Even went as far as pulling the chairs from around the table I was sitting at! Horrible food, and horrible service.

We read the online reviews prior to going there. Very disappointed. The food was very dried out.Theyd id not have the habachi girl functioning.

Don't waste your money with this place!!! We went there this past Saturday, There were alot of pans that were basically empty and only 2 tables of guests. That should have said something. We went ahead and got some food and ordered tea. The food (What little we got) was horrible!!! It was barely room temp. The tea tasted old. We ate a few bites and had enough. The kid brought the ticket and it was $30 for 2 meals and 2 teas!!! NEVER AGAIN!! The health dept needs to just shut this place down!! Oh and the fortune cookies not only did NOT have a fortune in them but I stretched mine out to try to break it in half and it didnt break. I told the kid and wrote on the receipt that it was the worst food and was not edible and he said "I KNOW" Well why the hell are you going to give it to customers??????? IT WAS NASTY DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting and gross and pitiful.The food was cold and look like it’s been sitting there for over a week. A can of alpo looks better than Grace buffet. The FACTS!!!

I guess since they are not doing dine in, they don't care about quality. The food tasted soggy, freezer burned, and hard and old....nastiest Chinese ive ever tasted. I took 4 bites and literally thru my plate away, a waste of 12 dollars i will never eat here again.

I haven't left a bad review since I have been on here, and I hopefully never will. If the food/service isn't good, we just don't pay a return visit. As the child of a small busines owner, I will continue to brag about local business and support it when possible. That being said, here is my open letter to the woman who owns Grace Buffet in Ingleside. I hope she takes heed: Dear owner: My wife and I enjoy your sushi rolls, and I am the guy who gets the 'to go' box a few times a week and buys it buy the pound. It is always good and fresh. That being said, you may want to go to "charm school". Today as I entered, you walked right past me, didn't say a work or even ackowledge me. You then went back to the kitchen and had a serious shouting match with the man in the back. I can tell you this- no customer wants to be in a place where the owner is publicly yelling at the cook. I don't give a $#!t if it is your husband or not. All this was going on while the guy in the drive thru was also being ignored. Nobody was in the place at the time, I'd hate to see what is like when busy. You may want to be a little more friendly and diplomatic toward your customers, we can always go somewhere else. Even though I get 'to go' boxes, I always leave something in the tip jar, I just couldn't today. I hope this letter gets back to you, as we do enjoy your food. Thank you.

Got Sunday Buffet. They were slow to bring out fresh food. Taste of food average. Restaurant appeared to be clean, but was over priced.

Food was good, service ok, ordered and food brought out quick for take out, just wished could have gotten more soy sauce, price is reasonable
Just ordered Chicken with garlic sauce fried rice a small hot and sour soup and a California roll. The only thing that was any good was the California roll. The soup was almost the consistency of jello the Chicken and fried rice tasted like it was made yesterday at the earliest. Will never go back.

The place was very clean, and service was good. However the freshness of the food was not that great. Most of the food looked like it had been sitting out for a few hours and was starting to dry up. The lo mien and honey chicken were really good!
