Late to seat us compared to reservation time. Wait staff was very disorganized and wanted to socialize with each other more than wait on guests. We had to ask for everything, bread, sides, everything. No refills, took forever to get drinks in the first place. We have eaten at many Brazilian steakhouses, and this was by far the worst service we have seen. Food was pretty good but slow. Overall value was definitely not worth it. Will not go back.

We arrived about 10minutes early for our reservation to check in but it took about 7minutes for a hostess to show up & check us in. We waited about 35minutes at the bar before we were seated and the bar was very busy as well - took about 10minutes just to take our drink order. Once we were seated the service was brilliant! Very attentive, quick, and polite waitstaff. Great selection of meats and sides! We will be back.

I really had a great time. It's sad that it is closing and hopefully they can open again. Service, ambience and the food was excellent. We got to eat there for the first time on their last night and they really deserve to still be open. They took care of us as if it was their grand opening.

Music was too loud felt like we were in a club. The waiters took forever to come by with the meats. We expected high class ambience for the amount of money we were spending $150 for 2.

Upon arrival, we had to wait about 15 mins even though we had a reservation. We went the bar?and both wins that I selected, they happened to be out of them so the bar tender provided me with an alternative at a discounted rate. Our server was great in the dining area. And the DJ was great.we had the salad bar. It was delish. The table next to us was extraordinarily messy. There was food all over the floor. I understand having babies and toddlers but food was all over the carpet. It was actually somewhat in acceptable. The staff was so gracious and kind. I'm not sure if we will return at this point as like the ambiance better at Texas de Brazil.

I absolutely love Brazilian steakhouses (Fogo de Chao, Texas de Brazil, etc.) across the country, and this was by far my best experience. The wait staff was highly attentive and the food was cooked to perfection. This is possibly the first time I have been to a restaurant that cooked their lamb chops better than me. There were six people in our party and everyone had the same experience, However, after complimenting the manager and crew, I found out that the night we went was the last night they were going to be open. A real shame.

Overall negative experience. Went out during the week and made a reservation. We were made to wait about an hour and a half ( with a reservation!). There is no point in making reservations if you're not going to honor them. By the time they let us through it was almost 10:40pm and they had the same 3 types of meat in cycle. Pros: food was still good Cons: logistics, wait, and service. Our server came to check on us maybe 1 time. We tried to wave over someone to get us a glass of water . Poor value proposition.Do yourself a favor and don't overpay for rodizio style Brazilian steakhouse. I've received way better service and experience with some of the cheaper ones.

Well I'm not sure about the wait time on a regular day but being that I went on Valentine's Day , it was a very long wait... other than that , food was great , drinks was amazing, scenery was beautiful , nice music... great experience and my fiancée enjoyed his birthday/Valentine's Day

Me and my boyfriend had a 745 reservation did not get seated until 915 what was the point of having a reservation if you are still going to accommodate walk ins and push reservations back and just sit people on a first come first serve basis

Don't waste your time or money here, and especially don't waste your time making a reservation. Showed up for our 7 o'clock reservation and after waiting in a check-in line for 15 minutes we were told it would be another 40 minute wait even with our reservation. This seemed to be happening to everyone in line and I'm sure they ruined numerous valentines dinners as they did ours. Do better, own up to your over booking mistakes, and learn how to apologize

I made a reservation for my fiancé and I on Valentine's Day over a month prior and was told there would be a 40 minute wait to get a table. They said I would get a call when my table was ready. It's been 47 hours 56 minutes and 20 seconds and I'm still waiting for that call.

Overall it was great experience. Our server William did amazing. The bar did mess up my drink once but got it right the other two times. We did go during Valentine's Day so it was pretty busy but, overall wait time and experience was good.

Won't be returning. After several visits to OTHER brazilian steakhouses...this was the lowest on the rung for food. Fewer meat choices, sides not brought to table...all starches.. just terrible! Granted we went on valentines night.... so it was slammed busy....but THAT NIGHT of all nights they should have been amazing. Happy we were love-struck and not as picky as usual. It really sucked.

Your reservation response was very disorganized and confusing and the waiter I had was very forgetful I ask to change drinks because my strawberry lemonade was very bitter I asked for a sprite and never received it and lastly it was very cold you had to hurry up and eat your food so that it would stay hot!

They overbooked the reservation slot and caused me to wait 45 minutes!!! They still had a walk in wait list!!! I spoke to manager Wendel and he didn't even try to apologize. Definitely won't be going back.
