Thanksgiving Day there were pieces of paper taped to the door saying "closed today" when it says on line they were open. There were 3 other cars of people arriving as I was leaving. Not to mention this neighborhood is really dirty. Not the place you want to be!

Don't come here!!So slow service and terrible management. After we ordered our meal they said the card machine is not working only accepting cash. Then when I give them cash they say they have no change. And rudely grabbed the bag and threw it behind.

This restaurant is not your typical Boston Market. Although it still carries the name, it is actually owned by an investor. As soon as I walked in, I couldn't help but notice the lack of vibrant energy. It was uncomfortably warm inside and all the Boston Market signage had been taken down. To make matters worse, the menu had gone through some changes and it no longer resembled the delicious offerings of Boston Market. The selection of sides was limited and they didn't taste quite the same as the ones served at the original chain.Adding to the disappointment, the lady assisting us didn't speak English and it was challenging to communicate our orders. The air conditioning unit was out of order, making our dining experience even more uncomfortable in the stifling heat. This restaurant seemed to operate more like an old mom and pop establishment than a professional establishment. The main issue I have is that the food doesn't live up to the same quality standards as Boston Market, yet they have the nerve to charge the same prices. The sides lacked lacked flavor and the Parmesan Tuscan chicken I ordered came with the sauce on the side, claiming it was cold. There were no desserts available and even the drink machine was not working. I ended up spending $16 on a meal that I could have easily purchased from a grocery store, and it would have been of better quality. In summary, this restaurant may bear the name of Boston Market, but it falls short in many aspects. From the lackluster ambience to the subpar food and disorganized operations, it is far from the engaging experience one would expect.

Sad, rundown atmosphere and hot inside the dining room. The chicken was excellent and the service was good but the cornbread was dry and cold. The creamed spinach was cold and the mac n cheese was lukewarm. The bathroom was rundown and creepy, gave me bad gas station vibes. I stopped in for nostalgia but I guess need to leave the past in the past. Boston Market ain’t what it used to be and this location is a perfect example of that sadly.

I'm afraid Boston Market is declining. The number of items on the menu has been reduced, as has the work force. I saw one employee and a total of two customers, including me, when I was there.

Horrible food. Horrible service. Horrible ambiance. For starters (for whatever reason) the employees were closing the restaurant down an hour earlier than the posted hours. That should have been our first clue. Then when we started to order, the real problems started. We were immediately informed that they "only had rotisserie chicken and meat loaf for entrees, at the moment, and only enough meat loaf for one order." Everyone in our party wanted broccoli. "Oh, I'm sorry, but we're out of broccoli at the moment", we were informed. Fine, I guess we have to pick from the limited options you have for us to buy currently. We then tried to order drinks. "Oh, I'm sorry but we only have water in the coke freestyle machine at the moment" we were informed. Oh, and by the way, they were out of ice at the moment too. So we sat and ate 10 hour old food, while we drank room temperature water. The food poisoning that is bound to come in the morning will be the icing on the cake.

This place is, honestly, a dump. It appears they are going out of business. The place is falling apart and they were out of a lot of menu items.

Haven’t had lunch here in over a year, definitely not the same. I came in at 12:30, and saw the big red flag (only 2 people having lunch in the restaurant), but chose to ignore it. I have my favorite qtr white, mash potatoes, and cream spinach. The chicken tasted like it was yesterday’s, spinach was soupy, the only thing that was good was the mashed potatoes. I’m not coming back. If you want to try it for yourself go ahead, but don’t say I didn’t tell you.

I ordered via DoorDash. And when my ordered arrived, it wasn't correct. I called and spoke to the manager, Rosa, to address my issues. She said they were out of certain items on my order. I said you should call the customer, let them know, and give them a choice of a different item instead of someone else making the decision for them. She hung up on me and never called back.

I ordered a chicken pot pie and was Leary when I got home because the top looked like brow sugar crust. So I took a chance and so I starting eating the pie and something was not right. It was because it was over cooked or burnt.

Seemed as if only one associate was working. Out no green beans and no longer serving chicken tortilla soup.Parking: Plenty of parking.

I'm not sure how you have no food except sides at 12:40 PM. I suppose you're not expecting anyone to walk in because your rating is ground level. This store is a waste of time!
