What's not to like? Their burgers and fries are as good as any of the fast food restaurants and better than most. Mine was hot and flavorful, dressed as I requested, with fresh tomato and lettuce - not the usual soft and wilted stuff you get elsewhere. I had a chocolate malt to drink, and it was made with ice cream, hand-dipped, not pumped out of a machine. The staff were friendly, attentive and took my order in less than 2 minutes after walking through the door. No visit to Braums would be complete without a visit to the Dairy Store. They have a dizzying array of flavors, with something for everyone. My personal favorite is the Raspberry Chocolate Ganache - I highly recommend it. You can also find a selection of many grocery staples there, but I never seem to make it past the ice cream.

I've been going here since I was little, absolutely adore the aesthetic. I usually go in for ice cream but occasionally get a burger. The food is good but I tend to overeat here and leave with a full stomach.

I ordered from this store twice via drive thru and the food was horrible. I never had bad braums good so I was surprised . I went into the place a week later and it did not smell like a restaurant that cooks food lol. Maybe the ice cream is good but I didn't even buy anything. I wouldn't eat here

so rude ! The night manager on Sunday 4/7/24 was very rude when we asked for ice and straws in the dinning room. When we asked if we could get some ice she said “ ask someone else I’m on my break” then proceeded to go to the back and not help us at all.

3-15-24 8:30PM drive through order. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger no onions no tomatoes a grilled chicken sandwich add tomatoes and extra pickles. Got home and got a bacon cheeseburger, fries ,root beer , they gave us a spicy chicken sandwich . Drove back up there handed the order and receipt to the girl at the window she said she'd remake it I asked her to make sure she put onions and extra pickles on it. She rand handed it back to me. I stated now my other sandwich is going to be cold when I get home her response is we're sorry... Get home second sandwich his grilled but there's no tomatoes no onions on it only lettuce and pickles only. There are other Brahms in the area I suppose I would be visiting them instead of going to your place twice a week and buying milk sometimes three times a week.

I SCREAM - There was a hair in the ice cream! The large woman behind the counter skipped two people to help a male who just stepped up to the counter. Once informed that the line wrapped around the corner and two others had already been waiting, rather than apologize and help in the proper order, she argued and apologized to the man, demanded payment before making the order which is not customary, then went into the back room for a couple minutes. We discovered there were no spoons in the self serve area, and had to wait again to request spoons. Once we finally got to the table we saw the HAIR, which didn't match either of us!Parking: Parking was spotty on a Saturday night.
