“More like Burger Bling because I had stars in my eyes, hope in my heart, and food in my tummy after this late night visit to this fine Texas establishment!This was a download the app and drive through after the wait at Applebees was too long and McDonald's was too closed on Christmas night experience for me. I was 1 of a party of 4. 3 of us stuck with the classic flame grilled whopper. It's wild, you can almost taste the flames but the burger wasn't too hot!! It's like when you put one of those Netflix fireplaces on your TV. One brave friend got the Chicken Fries with a side of potato fries. We asked for "lots of ketchup" and the very tired and sophisticated man in the window said "it's already in the bag." We got 4 packages of ketchup which was just enough for no one to feel like they got any. Burger King is best RIGHT before bed so that's how we enjoyed it.Fries needed salt.“
“Woooahhhh !! Their menu in the drive thru is TINY . It was so hard to read (I have 20/20 vision) but the font was so tiny. I had to keep asking the worker how much everything cost but she was having trouble giving me prices. I felt bad bc I didn’t want to hold up the line but with her not being able to give me quick price and the menu being in super tiny font, I couldn’t order what I wanted.“
“01/24: Burger King has always been a personal preference over the bigger competitor down the street. In today's market their $8ish meals stands up to others $10ish meals, so yes it is still a good value. They are not gourmet burgers but they are not $20 either. Staff at all restaurants today are NOT what they were even 5 years ago. At any age, the "Hi welcome to XYZ" and "how can we help you?" are long gone. Today everybody, everywhere pretty much just stands there with a blank stare until you present your order to them. Being 61 I HATE THIS, but I accept this is "standard" in 2024. However, when I presented my detailed burger order here... THEY GOT IT SPOT ON without having to repeat it at all! THAT is 5 star service today. The food came out quickly, hot, and tasty. I almost felt like it was 1999 all over again. This location with this crew just lept back onto my "weekly" list, and with the road construction out front finally wrapping up, it will be easier to get to than ever before.“
“I have really been impressed with this location. I frequent during lunch hours. The fries are always fresh and crispy. The crew is always warm and respectful. The food is ready in a timely manner. Today, however, I was really disappointed to see one crew member, handling front counter, cooking, AND drive thru on her own. I think her name was Ysalla. But kudos to her because she was respectful and kind the whole time dealing with grumpy hungry people while managing an entire store during lunch hours on her own. What a beast! She is obviously dedicated to this location and deserves recognition!“
