We came in for lunch on a Friday afternoon and found it quite quiet. It was just us and another couple. Another couple did join us shortly after. There was a steady flow of people picking up items to go. There is limited seating but it was pretty quiet the entire hour we were there and seating wasn't an issue. I stumbled upon this cafe on accident after having bad service at a place close by, am i glad i did! I came in and was greeted in Japanese which is really nice! The girl at the front was very patient with me and was recommending me things. I ended up getting the spicy hot chicken sandwich. SO GOOD. it was juicy and flavorful. Literally perfection in every bite. Their matcha latte was very flavorful too! I love coming here to study and have a quick bite.

Incredible service and atmosphere. Really good coffee (especially for Irving) and delicious food choices. And almost no where else around here serves sandos of this quality. The spicy chicken tastu sando was AMAZING, and actually kinda spicy for once. 10/10 spot. Beautiful sign and logo'ing btw.
