I guess I expected more from them. It was my first and probably last time visiting CAVA, I didn't like the taste of the food and it was cold, not sure if it should be but those spicy lamb meatballs are repulsive I was questioning if it was even lamb. The service was decent one of the members saw me coming by the register and walked in the other direction and another came from the back and assisted me with my pickup. The ambiance gave a similar vibe to chipotle or Panda Express but I didn't sit it.

SO slow. There were multiple workers but they were all just standing around talking to each other. When they took our order they were confused and got our orders wrong multiple times. Also there were no napkins, cutlery or water available. Our food didn’t taste good at all. Avoid at all costs. Never going back.
