The new assistant general manager took my order and I was super impressed with her customer service. A lot of people tend to write bad reviews when they’re upset about something, but never when they’re happy about something. Just had to shout her out. I couldn’t tell if I was at Dunkin or Disney… this young lady truly made my day! Drink and food items were great as well. I’ll definitely be back.
Went to Dunkin to try the new DunKing menu. Dory hooked me up with a cinnamon vanilla coffee it was so good. Also wanted a mango pineapple refresher with lemonade but they don’t offer that anymore so she helped come up with an alternative!

The manager or team lead there (with green hair) has a terrible attitude. She seems to get frustrated at the other employees and doesn’t have any good customer service skills. We have seen this behavior many times from her because we go there regularly so it’s not just a one time event. Today they prepared the wrong beverage and she seemed to be annoyed that she had to remake it. All the other employees seem really nice though.
