?Food : Your typical grub, but good? For the gram : No, but its well presented? Brek/BrLunch/Din Date : Yes but for Very casual date, good to sit and just chat/eat, with workmates or friends, break from truck journey etc.????Customers: All ages - didn't see any kids but more towards 21+ ~ 50?Weather vs. Warmth inside: Warm enough inside to wear hoodie n jeans type or short sleeve??Chef /✔?♀️Severs: Clear, concise and courteous.?Highlight: Each cashier was lovely to every customer; all ladies when I went.⚡Drawback: NothingFood was good, chicken cooked well, none of those stringy bits, lettuce crispy no sog, filled to get my fill.Place has ample seating and you don't feel rushed to get in and out. Those ordering out seemed to stand away from those eating in; which is nice not having someone over your shoulder or bumping your chair.? Note ? Raise that counter guy salary . Very calm and responsive .
If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a hook and ladder and they put no meat on the sandwich. I make it home 20mins later called them and tell them the error and the guy who was on the register and rung me up laughed and did nothing to correct the issue. I will NEVER recommend this location. How do you forget meat on a sandwich that was 15 dollars and time wasted.

I make it home 20mins later called them and tell them the error and the guy who was on the register and rung me up laughed and did nothing to correct the issue. I will NEVER recommend this location. How do you forget meat on a sandwich that was 15 dollars and time wasted.

Tried to purchase sandwichs with coupon. Staff not at all helpful. Another customer came in and assisted us with app. When sandwiches arrived the meat was almost non existent. Never going to this location again.

I have never been to a Firehouse Sub before, but because of the T-Mobile Tuesday promotion I thought I would use the opportunity to grab my housemate a sandwich because he has been to a Firehouse Sub and liked the sandwiches. The offer was to get a free sub with any purchase. So I told the person that I was using this offer and I would like the sandwich and a cookie. He told me I needed to purchase chips and a drink to use the offer. Which I first told him that the offer said any purchase. He then told me that I was wrong and that offer requires chips and a drink. I then pulled up the offer on my phone and showed him that it said "with any purchase". So he then changed his story and said that everyone gets it with chips and a drink. I told him that I would only like the sandwich and a cookie. He made my sandwich and gave me the cookie. Then he asked if I would like to donate. I told him I would not going to give him any more money after he lied to me. He then just gave me a dirty look and said "Oh, God". So, still to this day I have never eaten a Firehouse Sub, and I never plan on it. BTW, my Subway sandwich today and my Jersey Mike sandwich two days ago were excellent. I am giving 2 stars because even though the service sucks, my housemate did enjoy the sandwich.
