We were the only customers in the store at around 5 on a Saturday afternoon. The employee at the register literally walked away as soon as we walked through the door (despite making eye contact) and spent time with other employees huddled towards the back for a good several minutes as we stood at the register. We got drinks while the food was being made, but all the Coke Zero and Sprite Zero flavors were out (which I wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t tried it). When we got the bag of food, the cup of large fries were completely spilled throughout the bag, and my son’s bacon burger came completely plain although we had asked for lettuce and tomato. Fries were old and hard and barely warm. Customer service here is non-existent, and the employees treat you like you’re putting them out. For a $90 fast food order for 4, time would have been best spent at a restaurant.

Always fresh. Put together how I like itUpdate: notice my last review was 3 yrs ago. I'm sure it's a different group running the place now. Today (3/4/24) I was all set for a burger and fries. Why did they over cook the fries. They had a burnt taste to them and were hard. If the young ladies paid more attention to their jobs instead of huddled in the corner talking... this would not happen. I have never had over cooked fries at a five guys. Wake up management!You've lost a customer! I'm sure you all don't care but just had to get it out.

Hadn’t been to a Five guys in a while and I was pretty disappointed. At first the two burgers and one large fries for 40 bucks seemed legit since I remembered the food to be great but left feeling cheated. Burger was sloppy and fries were soggy. Def not what i remember 5 guys being in the past. I can see why the in and out across the street had plenty more business.

I visited to grab the $5 little fries, a deal offered consistently across the US. Shockingly, despite the standard, I received significantly less than the usual generous portion. The server (a black guy) in particular, served me a portion that didn't even fill the fries cup. This not only left me unsatisfied but also highlighted a concerning discrepancy. I was too hungry to address it in the moment, but this experience was far from the quality I expected from this outlet of Five Guys.

This place is always clean and the food is always delicious. Last time my fiance and I went in for lunch, the owners were training new hires there and even noticed that our table was off balanced and proceeded to fix it right away.
