My buddy told me to try this place and he was right! Some of the best crab wontons and dumplings we have ever had! I would absolutely recommend Fortune House!I honestly can't wait to go back and try other dishes. The Pepper Beef was really good and fairly filling with the rice. My S/O got a fried rice dish and was so full he couldn't finish. We did have two appetizers before. We're looking forward to going back and trying some soup dumplings. The waiter was also very kind. He was fairly attentive and made sure to offer and suggest things. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. The manager also came by to check in on us which was great.

Soup and Chili dumplings were amazing! The fried items that we ordered were slightly over fried but still pretty good. Service was friendly and we will definitely be back to try additional items!

As a 上海宁 Shanghai food is below my expectation. More of C-. Xiao long bao is Ok, just OK. Drunk chicken need more flavor of alcohol. And yanduxian is alright. Very average, not impressed.

Food is absolutely horrible and I feel disgusted that people would give great ratings for this restaurant “while assuming this is still a Chinese restaurant.” I have been to this restaurant multiple times before and the food was great while the previous owner was here. But now with the new owner, the food is absolutely horrendous and I’m very upset that they are making people believe that this stuff that they serve is actually Chinese food. The waiters are very polite, but the sweeping while we are eating is questionable. All the dust flying around while we’re eating makes us really uncomfortable. Kitchen is also very dirty and unsanitary. Will never come to this location again, very disappointed.

Don’t come here unless you like knowing there might be rats in your food ? to start off it wasn’t even that great & on top of that there were people coming in & a lady saw a RAT & was screaming. My husband & I were sitting by a window & saw one of the kitchen guys throw away another RAT. Never coming to this place again it was so nasty that I honestly lost my appetite..didn’t even get to finish our food & left as soon as we saw that. I don’t understand why it’s open if they have this issue.. they should honestly close this so called restaurant..

I ordered two stir-fried vegetables and a steamed bun, a total of 50 dollars. There were no more than ten slices of beef in it. The already small box only had half a box, and the taste was average. I was very disappointed and will never go there again.
Loved this place. Food was amazing as well as service .

The soup dumplings were undercooked. The scallion pancakes were too thick and overcooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside and unevenly spiced. Overall the experience was terrible. Do not recommend

Had a business dinner and enjoyed some excellent Dumplings and stir fry. Dumpling Sampler had four very different flavors, all good, and it was a fun experiment to try them all. I found the chili wonton was tasty, not spicy, and way too slippery for me to eat easily with chopsticks. Salt and pepper fish had good flavor, but I'm not a fan of the breading used. My favorite dish was the beef with black beans. It was full of fresh peppers and onions, will order it again. Service was friendly, unfortunately they were understaffed for how busy they were on a Wednesday. Overall I recommend this restaurant.Parking: Plenty of parking on front, left and back side of restaurant
