1st time here. There was not a lot of people at this spot. It took over an hour or so to receive our food. When we were leaving it was then explained that the waitress dropped our platter and it had to be replaced. It would have been nice to know prior when we saw people that came in after us was eating their meals and finished before we got ours. Overall I will give them another try but they have to do better with customer service

So I ordered chips and queso for 10 bucks and got some very nasy cheese that had texture of cottage cheese. I gave it back and they still charged me because they exchanged it for the little green sauce that you get when you buy tacos at those little taco stands. Wish I could post a picture!!!Definitely will not be going back with the prices and attitude..

This was our first time coming here, the establishment was a very nice and the food was good No complaints about that.. it was our waitress!! First when she placed her order, she gave Misleading information and then charged us more. Second We never seen the bill She just had an on her Scanner, she never explained anything or showed us what we paid for.. We never have any issues with leaving a tip in which we still did!!! it was that she secretly adding gratuity on our bill in which it states on the menu there is a 20% gratuity for parties over five!! Where did you count five people at? My husband had picked to text the receipt, that’s how I seen it and noticed it but It just makes me think how many other people that night she did this too that was parties under 5 On top of them leaving a tip and not knowing they were charged a 20% gratuity.. sometimes the tip can be better than gratuity, but Be fair and show people their bills and explain why are y’all Charging people and parties UNDER 5 an 20% gratuity!!

I visited earlier this month, and the pool tables are overpriced for the quality and condition they are in. You are charged for a full hour of pool even if you only play for a few mins. They don't have the capability of selecting music from a jukebox and rarely have an active dj, so generally, they just have a preselected playlist playing songs.BEWARE of management at this establishment, their known for aggressive behavior and preconceived judgment with a splash of verbal harassment of their patrons unprovoked.This place has a stench to it, which smells like pungy water.Nevertheless, they have great dishes on their menu and are over staffed with waitresses, so the service requests don't take that long whenever management doesn't interfere with the waitresses doing their job, and the waitresses are actually engaged in providing services versus chit chatting with other staff members. (Which is often)Management member Rafael Garcia III, a young man who consistently walks around over watching the bar, is extremely annoying and rude. He's overbearing and the type to believe he's the smartest person in the room when it's just a bar.Kid-friendliness: It's not really friendly for kids, though it's a sports bar. I wouldn't recommend bringing kids due to potential harassment by staff.

Stopped by here after an incredibly frustrating NYE. We had no idea what this place was, just that it served adult beverages and it was open. Even though we were incredibly casually dressed we were welcomed and treated with respect. The bartenders were good, remembered my drink, friendly, and looked like they were having fun. DJ played a nice mix of music and I was soon having a very good time even after a super bad day. Thank you.

This is a hidden gem. If you're in the Irving area. There is plenty of seating, plenty of pool tables. It's fairly big inside, nice VIP room and patio. It would be a good place to have a party. We didn't try any food because we had already had dinner and dessert. Hubby ordered an old fashioned, he said it didn't taste good. The alcohol over powered the flavor. Other than that, the staff was friendly and very informative of ongoing events at the Hangout: salsa night, ladies night, bingo night, and poker night. They do sometimes charge a cover fee sometimes. The music and crowd was diverse. I will definitely go back if in the area??
