First time ordering here, Parmesan cheese was added to pizza before cooking, not sure if all cheese was parmesan. Not really into Parmesan, so pizza did had that Parmesan taste, edge was burnt from bottom part of pizza. Our previous order was not up to par. Two of the three pizza's barely had any toppings. My husband and I were very disappointed as this location has always been great. I posted my review and a picture of one of the pizza's. The company quickly reached out to my husband to make it right and boy did they!!! Our replacement order....OMG...they must have made it with love because it was so Delicious,...lol...I'm salivating just thinking about the deliciousness and the toppings were definitely APLENTY. Thank you Ifratelli for going above and beyond to keep us as regular customers. We will gladly continue to travel 50 miles round trip for your pizza and SUPERB customer service!

I had a catering order I made a few weeks ago and everything was done with perfection. Everything was delivered when I needed it to be, with fresh, hot, delicious pizza. My office team enjoyed every bit of it, but iFratelli's went above and beyond as today I received a very thoughtful handwritten letter from the manager thanking me for my business. Also inside the envelope was a $25 off coupon and a 1 free pizza gift card. I have ordered from many places for catering and have never received a personal thank you. This is definitely a place that truly cares about each and every customer. I will be sure to order some more amazing pizza very soon. Thank you iFratelli!

Horrible Customer Service?I ordered a pizza and it said it would be delivered in 33 minutes. 1 hour later and I had not received the pizza. I called and I was transferred to three persons, to each of them I have to tell the story and my information. And there was no apology no understanding, the manager just said in a rude way that they were overwhelmed with many orders so they are late and I had to wait.I was being enough nice just asking where is the pizza.Never buying again from this place!!

Probably more like a 4.25, but better than a 4. Delivery is free and fast! Pizza is really good, sauce is a touch heavy on the tomatoes, but still good. Will get again.

Outstanding. Was hesitant to order as did not see salami, cheddar cheese as additions we like, however, ordered large double pepperoni, extra sauce and mushrooms. Wow was amazing and close to home. Also fantastic pizza sauce. Will definitely order again. Great experience.

pizza tasted burnt, and pizza sauce tasted like ragu spaghetti sauce. it was really disappointing. we just threw it away. staff was nice

Great Pizza ? A little pricey, but clearly higher quality than a typical pizza place like Domino's. Great flavor, and I appreciate that their pizzas have some variety. (Note: this place does not offer dine-in, just pick-up)

iFratelli is a staple in DFW, it's always good I wouldn't call it NY or Chicago style pizza but it has good flavor, it's fresh ingredients and fast, service is top notch! Ordered from a hotel they included, plates, cutlery and extra spices without me asking, other delivery places you ask for it but don't receive it . iFratelli is a fabulous go to spot always!!

We ordered a pizza and did not realize we selected "pick up" instead of "delivery". The restaurant called us and even REMADE our pizza because it had been so long. They must have known we needed the help - they even threw in free breadsticks. Awesome! I'm a customer for life
