The employees attitudes are always bad. You feel like your not pay. You feel like you're begging. Doesn't matter the time you go. The staff is rude. I live right down the street. I've been here three times and won't be returning. Doesn't matter what time you go. No matter what you buy. The food taste old. And the employees are rude. I asked for ranch. The cashier told me it was 25¢ and walked off. I've bought from the dollar menu. The premium burgers and they are still bad. Stay away from this place.

They gave me a salad with moldy tomatoes. When I returned the salad they throw away the bag but kept the bowl in which they grabbed tomato slices of a sandwich that had bacon on it and put it back in the same bowl. I’m disturbed by this. Please do not ever eat there. There’s no telling what you are eating and you die from moldy old spoiled food or stomach virus from putting meat mixed slices tomatoes on a salad that was already contaminated by moldy cherry tomatoes.

Went up to the drive though and all the person in the microphone did was say "beep beep beep" and ignored us and was being extremely unprofessional,please don't go here especially if people like that are going to be working on the drive thru,we literally had to go to another jack in the box because we were being talked over and ignored,idk if they thought it was funny but I really will not be coming back.I took a video of what happened but I can't post videos here

I ordered chicken sandwich and there was only 1 bun to the sandwich plus they didn't put the other burger i ordered in the bag. Not understanding how they expedited the food when they are wrapping it up. Very unhappy

Went got a big breakfast, extra pancakes, extra eggs I got my extra eggs, but for some reason I didn’t get my extra pancakes and they didn’t give me a receipt. Therefore, I have no idea if I was charged for the extra pancakes which I assume I was. Cause I usually get just extra pancakes and it’s always nine dollars and something cents and today it was 10 something I’m just extremely disappointed and every time I try to call this location their phone number is not correct so they need to update their phone number.It’s just frustrating seeing as I was the only one in the drive-through

I was very disappointed this time. The food we spent alittle over $30 for was thrown in the trash. Everything was wrong or over cooked(burnt)We have been going to this Jack in the Box and never had this kind of problem. We usually go through the day but the one time we go at night, was horrible.I will say we enjoyed the Managers attitude but he needs to work on his serving of food.
